I would like to say that I was a smart baby. That's what I was told. But, what mom tells their child that they were stupid. I cried a lot, but it wasn't because I was unhappy. I was just very needy. I loved my mother's attention. When I had it, I was completely content. I wouldn't say I was spoiled either, because I quickly realized that I would have to grow up faster than I would have ever expected. I had to. It wasn't by choice.
