Chapter 2*

Still Storms POV

I woke up with Emerson laid across me, I must've passed out last night after we we're talking. I tried waking her up but this girl turned into stone I swear. She finally shot up when I yelled out, "breakfast is ready!". She got up so quick I'm surprised she didn't give herself a concussion. Good thing I wasn't lying about breakfast being ready because she probably would've killed me.

"You go to you room and get dressed and then grab the rest of them, I'm going to get dressed and take a shower real quick." She nodded and got up.

"Oh yeah, I'm sorry for falling asleep!" She apologized as she left the room.

"It's okay." I got up and got clothes around so I could get a shower in real quick.

I walked downstairs and finally saw Jasper, "bro did you get lost in here or something?" He laughed and nodded at me. "You're stupid as hell." We all laughed and sat down for breakfast.

Everyone had a mix of a bunch of different things. 

After a bit people came and started telling me happy birthday. I honestly wasn't that happy because all it meant to me was one more year without my mate. I knew I wasn't going to last long if I didn't find her soon.

I still gladly accepted the, 'happy birthdays' though and tried to keep a cheerful attitude.

Time skip

We were now in the pack house's living room just hanging out but I suspected something was up with Atticus and Aria. They couldn't stop laughing and smiling at each other. 

Finally I asked, "what's up with the faces you two." They both look up at me and said, "nooothing" in silly voices. 

"Oh just spill it love birds." They smiled at each other and said in sync, "we're pregnant!"

All the family started screaming with happiness including me. After everyone calmed down she said that, "we found out about 2 weeks ago, but we're trying to keep it a secret before we came here to see you". She would be due in about 6 months, even though I don't like to talk about it, we come from a lineage of royals so our babies are born much earlier.

We kinda just caught up and relaxed for the rest of the day even though I secretly was planning a pool party for tomorrow.

Time Skip to night time

Aiden's POV

(Mentions of suicide)

I was finally in bed, about to lay down when Aria reminded me to go check Storm. We had a family friend that killed himself about 2 years ago, Storm was closest with him though since they had the closest age gap. Storm just turned 32 today and our family friend was was 31 when he died, from what we know it was because he thought his mate died so he choose to leave.

Storm's POV

Emerson wanted to use my shower because it has, 'better water pressure', I just laughed at her and let her take one but I told her she isn't allowed to take forever.

I heard a knock on the door, "come in." I saw Atticus and he had a sad face.

"What's wrong Atticus?" I asked.

"You're not going to end up like Simon right?" He asked. While he asked that I could see a tear run down his face, I could tell he was scared of losing me. 

I wondered. "No I won't," I reassured him.

"Please please please don't, I can't lose you neither can Emerson or Jasper, mom or dad." He was now crying.
