Here is a custom for @Snoopyetta on DeviantArt. It's a Rain-SeaWing. I'm taking customs now! Give me the marker numbers or color palette you want and let me know what kind of dragon. I'm not very experienced at customs, but hopefully I'm doing this right! I used a 0.7 mechanical pencil, a Micron pen, and Copic Sketch markers
