A/N: I finally have enough time to write another chapter. *victory dance* Enjoy :)

Stiles' POV

I woke up in a my bed in Derek's house. Scott probably carried me here and cleaned me up while I was asleep. I stretched and headed for the bathroom. It seemed I was the only one awake. Lazy wolves!

Once in the bathroom I realised I didn't have clean cloths and underwear. I cursed and walked back towards my room. I looked in the mirror of my closet, I still looked really pale. The loss of blood always made pale but usually not that much.

I sighed and headed for the bathroom, again. Only this time, I had everything I needed. I had a bad feeling about being the only one awake and out of bed. I was right.

When I got out of my shower, I immediately felt the familiar tug inside my body. Only this time, I barely had time to dress before it pulled me in the kitchen.

There stood the creature. It was called a Dhampir. Dhampirs are hybrids, children of vampires and humans. They have the usual vampire abilities but not the vampire weaknesses. They are recognizable by their usually long, dark or black hair, lack of shadows, soft bodies, lack of skin an fingernails, their tail-like marks in the back, their larger than normal ears, teeth, or (red) eyes (sometimes all three at once), and they are very dirty.

They really aren't pleasant creatures. They are supposed to live short lives and to have a very slimy and slippery body. They evolved into living longer and having drier bodies... kinda... Their bodies is just a bit less slimy and didn't leave slimy stuff behind like they used to. That was the only difference.

"Hello my dear maker of food."

"When are you gonna stop calling me that?"

"How about, never?! That's what you are, after all!"

"Why couldn't it be an Alan instead of a Dhampir?"

The next thing he knew, Stiles was against the counter with a knife in his arm holding there.

"Never compare me to those makers of human life! Do you understand, human? NEVER!"

"I won't, I swear!"

"Good! Brothers and sisters of mine are coming, be prepared to feed several of us."

"Why can't you turn to another human? Or get more than just one to feed all of you?"

"I have been stocking some of my food, we should have enough to last a whole winter if we keep you alive."

"So, you'll attack us during the winter? And when you say that you'll keep me alive, does it mean that the loss of blood following being stabbed in the arm doesn't count as you trying to kill me?"

"Be quiet, human! I will see you again next week!"

The Dhampir ran away, so fast it seemed to have disappeared. For the first time since the Dhampir had stabbed him, Stiles realised that he couldn't take the knife out by himself and that it was really painful. For lack of other options, he let the scream of pain he had been holding in out. Then, he fainted.

Derek's POV

I was woken up by Stiles' scream. I ran downstairs along with everyone that was woken up by Stiles. When we arrived in the kitchen, Stiles had fainted. His left arm was stretched out and a knife was going deep into his arm and the kitchen counter.

I hurried behind Scott, who had taken out of the knife, and started giving the pack and Allison and Lydia orders.

"Lydia, Allison, prepare the couch and call Melissa! She should be able to help us."

"Isaac, Erica, Jackson, start cleaning up this mess!"

"Scott stay here with Stiles, make sure he's fine until your mom comes!"

"Boyd, call Aiden and Ethan! We need as many people to watch out for that creature!"

Everyone hurried to do what they were ordered to without discussing it. When I gave orders and that someone was hurt or dying, they usually listened and obeyed quietly.

By the time Melissa had arrived, I was trying desperately hard not to show any emotion, to be strong for everyone. She took care of Stiles' arm quietly and fast.

"There will be no major problem with his arm. Just make sure you take care of him."

"Alright, thank you Melissa."

"It's my job, Derek. My job and someone I consider as my son. Don't take the blame, it's not your fault."

She left, smiling sadly at me.

Everyone took a large breath and went back to the, now clean, kitchen to eat breakfast. I stayed next to Stiles.

What was that creature? Why did it attack him? Could the twins be enough backup? Will we have to contact the Argent family to help us? All those questions and no answers.

I fell asleep next to Stiles, I wanted to go back to my room but I was way to exhausted to move.

Like every time I fell asleep, a sentence went through my head.

I love you, Stiles. So damn much!
