It was all too familiar to Allura. The sound of thousands of lasers shooting repeatedly at the Castle, the doleful goodbyes being given to one another; accepting the fate they were handed to by the Galra.
"Not this dream again..." She whispered quietly to herself. Nobody had ever stood up against the Galra Empire. Nobody except the Alteans. The Alteans had King Alfor (Her dad) to lead them in this war. That's right- war. King Zarkon wanted Voltron, and to completely wipe out the Alteans and many other species along with it. He didn't care how many planets he had to abolish to get Voltron back, he would never quit. However, for some reason Allura's mind couldn't focus on the war, or saying farewell to her father or subjects; instead her attention was centralized on what was happening outside the castle. She saw that many of her people were perishing by even a small motion of a Galra sword or gun, a familiar sight she had seen replaying in her head since the day the new paladins freed her and Coran from the healing pod. Her attention was suddenly brought to two soliders battling each other that she recognized-- she wasn't sure how but she really did find them familiar. Names started popping into mind, "Laurence... Liam... Wait. Lance? And is that Karl?! Wait no- not quite... It's... Keith??" Allura's mind raced, she was confused still how they could appear in one of her repetitive dreams. She observed them carefully, finally coming to conclusion that Lance looked Altean... for some strange reason; And Keith seemed to be Galra. Her heart nearly stopped it's steady beat as she saw Lance take a blow in the chest from Keith's sword, and Keith stared at him, seeming to mouth the words, "I'm Sorry" to Lance before running back onto a fighter jet. Allura was fluctuent. She couldn't quite grasp what her mind was pulling at. Could Lance and Keith somehow have been given another chance at life..?
