Feel her hearts beat
And hear her every breath
A tune so bittersweet
With a kiss we see
What she really has come to be
At the edge of a lake
Tears from two lovers
Makes even the darkest minds shake
She's murdered a man
The best she's ever known
She's got ice in her heart
And a kiss on her lips
Every demonic smile, and a flutter of her eyes
Is what makes her so vile
Even through his eyes
But what do you hear
From a bespoke psychopath
Who is near
And we are dying to hear
What she whispered in his ear
It was all bound to happen
Sometimes too hard to comprehend
As the river's song
Comes to an end
