Johnnyboy

    

           Johnny was walking to the Curtis house after being beaten by his parents. He really didn't mind it anymore but Darry was to stubborn and told Johnny that if he gets beat or the slightest cut to come down so they can get it treated. Johnny didn't like to be a bother but they're more of his family then his parents ever will be admit it or not.
      It was 30 past midnight when Johnny got there, it seemed like no one was home but that wasn't really unusual since it was a friday night and Darry started working at night. Johnny went to the bathroom and got the medical kit to start cleaning his wounds. After 5 minuts of fixing them up he heard the sound of foot steps coming his way. He put up the medical kit and sticked his head out to look to see who it was.
          When he did so he was greeted by a figure two inches taller than him and jumped back in surprise heart racing. "Jeez Johnny i'm sorry", the figure said which Johnny made out to be Ponyboy. "It's cool man" Johnny breathed out. Pony scanned Johnny up and down because he knew to well that he wouldn't be here in the middle of the night for no reason. "You want a coke?" Pony finally asked, he knew Johnny wouldn't want to talk about it and he respected that unlike the others who'll push johnny until he spills. Johnny nodded and followed Pony into the kitchen.
         After a while of them making small talk and drinking out of their cokes they went into the living room and sat down. Pony couldn't help himself and leaned over moving Johnnys hair out of the way to barely rub his thumb over a cut which made Johnnh flinch. "Sorry Johnny...why would anyone want to do this to you?" Pony sadly said, more talking to himself. Johnny could already feel the tears in his eyes, "because im stupid and a disappointment, who would ever love someone like me" Pony frowned at this and pulled Johnny into a warm embracement. "Aw hush up Johnny, your amazingly smart and your parents are the disappointment for how they treat ya" Pony wanted to go on but he didn't want to make Johnny uncomfortable, he loved Johnny to much to loose him.
          Johnny smiled at this and cuddled into this warm embrace. Pony reached over and grabbed the blanket that Darry lays out for whoever comes over and put it on top of them. Johnny yawned sleepily and fell asleep on top of him. After a while of making sure he was asleep Pony kissed  his forehead and whispered lowly," love you Johnny" and fell asleep arms wrapped around him.
