The God of Forgiveness~
I know just what you're thinking
I can see it in your eyes
You're breaking me to a million pieces
Plan to kill me in due time
Lure me with your words of poison
Stab your sword of lies through my heart
I let my mind stray to the heavens
I let Him down for far too long
I cried out in frustration
Begged for mercy and His grace
And after all the times I've hurt Him
He's still there for me, unchanged

You forgave me
Though I stumble and I fall
You pick me up and carry me
Through the fire
Through it all
(Nehemiah 9:17)They refused to listen and failed to remember the miracles you performed among them. They became stiff-necked and in their rebellion appointed a leader in order to return to their slavery. But you are a forgiving God (Eloha Selichot), gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love.Therefore you did not desert them
