Kitty didn't show up at school. I let my mind fall into worry. She wouldn't be hurt right? What if she got beat up again? I needed to get out of this jail cell that was my classroom. I couldn't function without knowing Kitty was safe. Beads of cold sweat formed at my forehead. Why wasn't she here? I couldn't take it anymore so I left. My body left the dull desk I was sitting at. No one questioned me. No one tried to stop me and even if they did I wouldn't let them stop me. No one was going to keep me from my Kitty. As soon as my foot left the classroom I received a phone call. Why was the hospital calling me?
