In my 17 years of living I seen two dead bodies right in front of my eyes. One of them was my father and the other was a childhood friend . I didn't think I was gonna be standing right here five moths ago. my life took a huge turn but for the better.

"Carter....Carter.....CARTER!" August yelled knocking me out my thoughts

"Huh" I said looking up at him

"You good" He asked coming and standing in front of me

"Yeah I-I'm good" I said shrugging my shoulders

*Ding Dong*

"That's the workers go get ya shoes and shit we bouta bounce" August said before walking away

I went into the room I came out of and slipped my shoes on , I got my bag and my phone then left back out the room

"Don't let her out of your sight ! If I find out she got away thats yo life !" August said talking to a skinny dude

"I'm ready" I said walking up to them

"That's boss man girl ?" I heard one of the cleaning girls asked

"She pretty I wonder if she like girls" another one said

"She look like she a rider he need one of those" The white one said

"Y'all get off her dick" the darkskin one said snapping at them

"You hungry?" He asked soon as we got into the car

"Nah I don't think I can eat after what I saw" I said Turing my face up

"You looked good holding my gun" August said looking at me then back to the rode

"I always look good" I said smiling

"Yeah iight cocky ass ! but forreal when we gonna start working on us again?" August asked getting serious

"To be honest I really don't know August I mean you hurt me to a point where I use to stay up crying all day and all night" I said looking down at my fingers

"I can respect that for now ! but real soon you gonna be my girl" He said looking at me for a min

The whole car ride to me and April house we just talked about stuff like music and food things like that you know taking it slow and getting to know one another .

"I'm taking you on a date tonight so make sure you ready" August said pulling up to April front door

"Are you asking or telling me ?" I asked

"I'm telling niggua ! so be ready" He said looking at me and biting his lips , damn yo why he gotta be so fine !

"Whatever" I said grabbing my things and getting out the car

"Carter ?" August called soon as I was in front the door

"Yes "

"You looking phat in them sweats baby girl" He said laughing

"Shut-up !" I said before I hurried up in the house "perverted ass !" I yelled before I shut the door and locked it

I looked around the house that was empty and went right to my room . I started to pill off my clothes for a shower until I heard a noise...in my closet

I wasn't even about to go check that shit I said fuck everything and ran for my bedroom door but the attacker got to me before I could reach the threshold

He grabbed me by my neck and slammed my back into the wall . Whoever this was is big af like bigger then rick rozay big but all his shit was muscle

He chocked me up again and lifted me up off the ground when I was high up in the hair he slammed my body down on the hard floor "Aaaaahhhh" I screamed out LAWD my body was aching ! he punched me in my face four times with his big ass hands

I know something on my body broke he just keep on hitting me EVERYWHERE I don't even know what I did to deserve this 😞😭😩

He grabbed my hair with so much force it felt like it was being ripped out my scalp while he dragged me from my bedroom all the way outside . I couldn't scream or do anything my body was hurting so bad .

He grabbed me up and thur me inside of a van . he threw me so hard that when I hit my head it knocked me out 😳
