Parker's P.o.V
"How much farther?" I asked weakly, almost completely out of breath.
"Not too far, I can see the sea from here."
"Are you sure she's going to be alright?" Sarah asks very concerned about Thalassa, or Teresa. I'm still not sure what to call her, but I guess I'll never know now.
"She's fine, she only fell down the stairs in a stone dungeon." The pirate says, and based on Sarah's face she didn't know how to take that answer.
"Was that sarcasm or...?" I don't know how to finish my sentence, but luckily the pirate understands just fine.
"Sort of, she might get a few bruises, but nothing serious." I sigh in relief.
"I hope Allie doesn't mind us coming in, is she nice?" Sarah tries to change the subject.
"Like I said, she's a snake in a human body. She'll make you her slaves, but I'm sure she will like Parker alright." I nod until I realize what he said.
"Wait, what? Why?"
"Because you are cute that's why."
"Oh, um thanks. I'm,uh, not to be offensive or anything but I'm-"
"Straight?" The pirate asks me. I nod awkwardly.
"Why do you think he cares about Thalassa so much?" Sarah says.
"I do not care that much, she's a nice friend." I try to lie, but I'm blushing wildly.
"We all heard you say 'I love you', you weren't alone."
"Well if you didn't kidnap us I would have been able to make that moment much better."
"If I did not kidnap you, you would rot in that terrible dungeon. Seriously, you smell like you have been in there for a while.'
"It's been three days, speaking of which, did you ever find out what happened to Chris, Parker?"
"Yes actually, I do know. Tori's guards found him, he is now staying in the palace."
"How romantic, a fisherman and a princess." The pirate says. I flinch, I can't imagine Tori liking anyone, except me maybe. Wait, what?
