"Mama !" I walked in the house "I missed my bus."
"You better get to walking." She said from the bathroom
"Oh my god, that's a whole 30 minutes and I'm probably gon' be sweaty by the time I get there." I stood behind her

"Guess I'm missing school today." I walked in the living room getting on my phone
"Go crank that damn car up before I bust yo ass." She threw her keys at my head
"Can I drive to school one day ?" I asked grabbing my bookbag
"Once you get a permit or license." She grabbed her purse
"Well can you take me to get one of those ?"
"You are very needy." She stopped walking and looked at me
"Okay." I said as I opened the door
"And I don't know where the hell you get that from." She walked out after me

She dropped me off at school and I FaceTimed Kentrell as I walked down to my class. He answered on the third ring and had a mug on his face.
"Fix your face and then go wash it, you got eye boogers." I told him
"Fuck you calling me at 7 in the morning for ?" He asked fixing his camera
"Cause I was bored and needed somebody to talk to as I walk to my class." I walked up the stairs
"Where Ben at ?"
"Hopefully in class, his stupid ass never in school." I said
I knocked on the classroom door and a girl opened the door for me. I saw we had a substitute and I sat next to Ben who had his head on the desk sleeping.
"Ben, get up." I tapped his shoulder
He lifted his head up and looked at me before putting it back down.
"Ben sleeping." I told Kentrell as I put my phone against my bookbag
