As fast as she came she was gone. I was in pain I could feel the blood oozing down my chest. This was a new dress damn. I heard a low whimpering cry. I didn't know if I should go check it out. It could be another crazy girl or something worse. I was still on the ground in the same spot that April critter left me. Heck I think I was debating for about ten minutes. I went towards the sound.
There behind a big rock was Devin. His eyes were closed. I yelled Devin Devin wake up you have to wake up, you have to see the ladybug is still alive. Devin open his eyes for God's sake stop screaming I'm not deaf. I laughed nervously. Was that you making that low whining crying sound I asked. Yes he said I was in pain. I asked him what happened he showed me his chest. His marks was exactly like mine. Inside I was freaking out.
Who Is April? I ask. He said she has been here a long time. She wants to leave, but she can't. She wants me to help her but I can't. She is mad I am helping you. Why are our marks the same? Did she scratch you too? Devin laughed no. So how....... I didn't get to finish he just said ladybug.
