     when you lose someone, it's okay to feel sad, guilty even. allow yourself to feel every feeling to it's fullest extent, but do not dwell on those feelings. do not linger on the "what ifs".  on the other hand, do not feel guilty if you feel nothing. everyone reacts in their own different ways.
     yes, losing someone is sad, and it may seem like you will never be able to think of that person without being sad. but that is not true. one day you will wake up and be okay. and that's all that matters.
