Hello there! As you may have noticed, the chapters are in the process of editing to make sure the grammar is fine and all. There are some minor changes, just to make the story better. I hope y'all understand. Lastly, a huge thank you to my beloved best friend who's been patiently editing this book (she also co-writes it) and sending me an update from time to time. That's it and I hope you enjoy the first chapter!

It is the first day of school. I'm wearing my skinny jeans, a red crop top, my grey hoodie, and my white Converse shoes while just staring at myself in the mirror, wondering what could happen in the next few hours.

I looked at my schedule and hurried to my first class, Calculus. There are lists of students in front of the door in every class I have.

I've always liked Calculus, it's very easy. I guess I got it from my mother, she's great at stuff like that.

I ran into someone on my way. I haven't seen him before, I thought. He's the same grade as I am because I noticed he has the same books I have.

He looked like some typical bad boy. Dark brown hair, blue eyes, attractive face, and a smirk. He's wearing ripped jeans, a white shirt, and some kind of Jordan shoes. Lots of girls are staring at him. I can't blame them though, he's kinda cute.

"Excuse me, can you tell me how to get to my Calculus class?" He asked. Huh, what a coincidence, I guess we have the same class.

"Um sure, I was just on my way there. Follow me, but we have to hurry or we will be late," I answered.

As I rush past the hallways, the guy I', just with, is just behind my back, he seemed pretty fast. Probably an athlete, I thought.

When I entered the classroom, everyone was already seated. I saw only two empty seats and they we beside each other. Great, now I have to sit with him.

Calculus was boring because we didn't even do anything. Though I expected it, it was the first day, which means just a bunch of introductions on the subjects.

I looked at the guy from earlier and noticed him looking and smirking at one of the girls in our class who was smiling at him.

What the... it was his first day and he's already flirting with girls? Ugh, men!

At last, the bell rang. It's already recess, so I walked out of the classroom along with everyone else, on my way to the cafeteria.

On my way, I heard someone ask, "Who was that cutie with you earlier?". I looked around and saw, Amanda, one of my blonde friends asking me. She was wearing a blue off shoulder top, a white skirt and white shoes.

"Don't know his name and I don't care," I answered.

"Don't be like that, you have to care cuz he is going to be with us in our Calculus class everyday,"  Julie said, one of my brunette best friends, wearing a short floral dress and brown heels. She is one of the shortest people in my grade.

I'm also one of the shortest by the way.

It took me a moment to realize that both of them were actually in the same class I just went to.

"I don't like boys, they're mean. That's why I don't care," I answered. I really don't like boys. In my world there are two types of boys, those who are mean and those who are nice. And believe me, there are very little of those nice boys. Probably like only 10% of boys are nice in my grade.

I've been bullied for the past years so I think you all know what I'm talking about. But no, I'm not a lesbian, I just don't like guys because of past experiences.
