"You are not alone." He muttered so only i could hear him then he strolled away.

I felt myself heat up and start breathing heavily. I had a weird feeling inside of me but i couldn't say it was bad. It was a heartwarming, enjoyable feeling. No, stop exaggerating. I rapidly got the thought out of my mind but I couldn't stop the small smile forming on my lips. Maybe James wasn't that selfish jerk i thought he was at the park. Maybe he could help me, just maybe.

Despite everything that happened today, the day was ending good. I had also explained to Zaynab and Angela why i had left so early at the match and why i hadn't answered them since. For some reason i couldn't tell them the truth, so i stuck with the old 'being sick' excuse.

I still needed to face James and talk to Alfred though. Why was it always the boys who were trouble? I hadn't seen Alfred since the morning, i knew i had other classes with him but i couldn't find him. Was he ignoring me too? I put my hands in my pocket in distress as i felt something. It was the crumbled up note James gave me. I still hadn't read it yet, i was waiting for the right time. I decided not to open it now, i didn't want to take any chances if the news was bad or good. I'll just have to wait.

I was in the last class of the day where I had Zaynab and Alfreb but he wasn't here anyway. It was my last class and i knew if i could get through the whole day, i could get through half an hour more. Most of the half of an hour, i looked outside the window trying to distract myself with everything both inside and outside. Why did school have to be so boring anyway?

After the bell rang, I got an invitation from Zaynab to hang out at the local cafe with her and Angela. I decided to finally take a break from everything so I agreed. I quickly took out my phone and messaged Abdul. I didn't want him to worry about me if i didn't come home.

'Will be running late bro, explain later!

I clicked the send button and headed out with Zaynab. Zay did say that Angela would be meeting us at the cafe so it was only her and I walking to the cafe. We had a small meaningful chat that didn't last as long as I hoped it would as we were already at the cafe. The school was really close to the town centre and most markets.

As we entered the cozy cafe, I scanned the cafe for Angela. Strangely i found her but with someone else. Ann was sitting in front of a boy with his back to me. The only thing i could detect from the boy was his messy blond hair. For some reason, the way his hair was was very familiar to me, not the forget the colour too. Zaynab and I walked over to Angela, who was clearly giving me a grin that I knew meant trouble. What was she up to?

"Hey guys!" Angela called out to us as we approached her and the anonymous boy.

The blonde slightly lifted his head up and looked my way. My eyes widened and i froze in shock. Seriously guys, the only time i feel the need to take a break with you guys and this is what i find? As my confused mind were currently deciding what to say, i found the same troubled blue eyes i saw this morning look at me with intensity.

'Well you could start by saying hi...' My conscience chipped in. Why did that thing always have to be right?

"Hi Angela... Hey, Alfred." There was a silent pause for a second before a weak smile appeared on his face. I could see that he was trying to force it, he needed to. Angela and Zaynab were still around.

I was still awed by the tender bruise on his eye, it looked really painful. I felt guilty, don't ask why, I just did. I took a seat next to Angela but I was still opposite of Alfred.
