There is something very comforting about a hot cup of tea or coffee. The warmth of the smooth cup in your hand... the aroma of whatever you are brewing... the sense of peace that comes from slowing down for a moment to drink and enjoy. This kind of experience can bring psychological serenity. If you’re  feeling stressed, because there are a lot of demands being placed on you. It's important to take a break and then find your way back to center. Doing so, can be as simple as brewing that cup of tea or coffee, or finding some other thing that brings you comfort.
