Sometimes, when we meet someone new, we have an instant like or dislike for that person. Something about them strikes a chord, and we take it from there. First impression isn't always accurate. Don’t tend to evaluate others on how they interact, because not everyone is sociable or affable. Get to know the person better first. Who knows if he is may be someone who isn't as socially adept as others but has a good heart and a good head.
