Evan took a deep breath, the wind flowing through his hair, stinging his face. It was late October ( AKA Halloween ) He was on his Maroon red bike, Pushing as hard as he could to go fast in the leafs and twigs. Tyler Texted him just 8 Minuets ago, telling him to come over as soon as he could. He was already late.  He huffed and puffed hoping he was close, which he was- but that was no excuse to Tyler. Tyler was short tempered and got impatient easily, and Evan wouldn't want to see that.

Evan zoomed through the leafs, they flew behind him into the wind, twirling and dancing. Evan felt the air turn his skin into ice, he took a deep breath and exhaled. His breath was shown like vapor coming out of a tea pot. Like an angry red dragon blowing his air into a knight in shining armor. his face flushed red, trying to keep him warm and cozy. He thought, " what could i be doing instead of this? " his  mind left, thinking about sitting next to a warm fire, drinking hot coco, with whip cream on top. Cuddled in a warm fuzzy blanket while reading a old book that his mother would read to him before bed. He sighed, relaxing. He kept pushing his petals, closing his eyes softly starting to feel tired. He wanted to curl up next to that fire and fall asleep, to have his feet warm and not out in this crazy cold weather. It was surprising that it hasn't started snowing yet. It was freezing, and it was disgusting.  The only thing that lightened up the mood was kids yelling and cheering. " trick or treat! " he would hear that about five times per minuet. He started to smile, remembering how he would trick or treat with his family, dressing up as super hero's or a blood thirsty vampire.

He suddenly heard a yelp of pain, his eyes opened wide looking around. He saw his friend knocked over onto the ground, An angry expression on his face. This was not good. He quickly got off of his bike and pulled it off his friend, and hesitantly helped him up. His hands were freezing cold, and felt numb. He had a hard time grabbing onto Tyler, every time he tried to grasp him it hurt his fingers and his palms. It felt like there was icicles inside of his hands, it pricked every inch of his hands, up his arms. Tyler glared up at Evan, his eyes showing the depths of hell. His fists clenched and his mouth bared. Evan took a couple of steps back, already getting ready for a fight that he was about to start. The fire that was inside of Tyler heart could be seen thousands of miles away. smoke was practically coming out of his nose.

" What the fuck Evan "
Evan gulped and rubbed his arm which was also numb. it hurt slightly and he wasn't ready for it to hurt even more. Who's bright idea was to wear sleeveless on this day? oh yeah, his.
he flinched slightly, taking a deep breath.

" I tried to get here but I had to put on clothes, and this is all i could find "
Tyler looked at Evan up and down and chuckled, putting his face into his hand. his shoulders raised and lowed each chuckle he gave, smiling slightly. He slowly stopped, taking off his jacket and handed it over to Evan, rolling his eyes.

" no homo, okay? "
Evan looked up a bit confused, but grabbed the jacket. He didn't want to piss Tyler off even more. He slid on the soft heavy jacket. His body started to melt, relaxing. Not being in the state of ice but a puddle of an icicle on a hot day ( Which was rare around them ).
Evan looked around,  sighing softly.

" do you know where Marcel is?"
Evan shoved his hands into his pockets, kicking around the dirt. There was a bit of silence until Tyler nodded towards the cave. Evan mouthed a " oh " as he turned towards it. He slowly walked into the cave, tilting his body in to look around. The cave strangely felt warm compared to the now snowing outdoors. It was silent. Just a few drops of water could be heard. The walls seemed to be lit up, compared to the darkness of the outdoors. This confused Evan deeply. he pondered,

' why would the walls glow? and how come its so damn warm in here. its hardly even slightly warm in the summer. '
He stood up straight, scratching his neck. There was a pat of his shoulder, its hand freezing cold, wet, dripping onto Evan's shoulder. it felt dead. Evan started to tremble, his stomach clutching up. He didn't dare to turn his head- nor his body. He felt the hot breath trail down his neck, Heard the heavy breathing. He bared his teeth clinched his fists, he knew who this was.

" hey Marcel "

Evan smirked as he heard Marcel groan in disappointment. he turned his head, crossing his arms. Marcel stomped his foot in anger, he never liked loosing. Marcel was one of Evan's chill friends, but could loose his temper easily. one second hes laughing like a psychopath , then hes breaking his keyboard in frustration, cursing like a sailor. He was wearing one of his old Halloween costume, pimp fin. A " fin the human " costume with some gold necklaces on them.
Evan raised an eye brow, looking at Marcel up and down. Why in the world would he wear that? was him and Tyler planning something? Costume party in the cave? Evan looked down and saw a bag that was stuffed.

" just put your costume on Evan, Jesus- don't rub it in my face. "
Evan shrugged, reaching in the bag to find a costume, one of his old ones. A red jacket, and a owl mask. Evan smiled before picking the mask up, holding it up to his face and looked at the dusty old mask. It was rubber and a bit torn on the neck area. What happened to it? anyways, He put it on his head. it was a little bit smaller than he remembered, but back then it was way too big. he sneezed slightly, putting on the now perfect fitting jacket. he zipped it up and slid his hands into the pockets.

" so evan, want to explore? "
Evan nodded  slightly and sighed , scratching his arm.

" yeah might as well "

they all started walking down the Seemingly hallway of the cave. it was wide and long, walls dripping of a liquid they assumed to be water. every step made a sound,
clip clop, click clack
it was getting darker and darker as they walked down, and for Evan it was a night mare, it was bad enough that his mask limited his vision, but now it was dark and warm. Tyler yawned, grabbing Evan's shoulder.

" dude this is booooring. "
Evan rolled his eyes giving a grunt as a reply. his back was hurting slightly but it didn't stop him from walking. he turned his head to Marcel, he saw a devilish grin.

' oh god he has an idea. '

" i have an idea! "

' fuck '
Marcel pointed in three different directions. they all stopped dead in their tracks to listen to Marcel's " amazing " idea. Evan shrugged and rubbed his eyes through the mask,
" so whats the idea mar? "
Marcel raised an eye brow, his lips turning up and his dimples started to show.
" we split up "
Tyler's jaw dropped, he did a over the top gasp. Evan rolled his eyes and sighed, he already knew this was going to be bad. it had the signs written all over it. It was too dark, the floor was slippery, and the walls were sharp enough to stab some one. It made no since to split up, but maybe that was a good thing? The adventure, the wonder.. Evan started to like this idea, he nodded, stretching. Tyler glared slightly, in anger. It didn't faze Evan this time, he was too tired to realize what he was saying.

" lets go, it seems fun. "
Tyler rolled his eyes, sighing, finally giving up after his oh so clever attempt of stopping them.
Evan walked to the center one, it seemed the easiest to remember, Marcel picked the left one because it seemed mysterious, Tyler picked right because it was his only option.

Evans Prospective
I walked down the hallway, for seemingly hours. My legs ached and begged to stop walking. There was nothing interesting here, why did i go? I could have just disagreed to coming here, sat my big ass down and started sleeping. because that's what today was supposed to be! a sleep over. not an adventure with swords or guns, a sleep over. Its getting hard to breathe in this damn mask... I took the mask off and sighed, my back was hurting. i'm getting too old for this shit. I rubbed my eyes, i stopped. there was no where to go, and i was sure a deep hole was right in-front of me. i was too scared to look down- i could slip and fall! or most likely, i will slip and fall.. i sat down and searched my pockets for my iPhone, to see if i could light anything, something up. It could help me see in this damn place. that would be wonderful! I needed to calm down, i took a deep breath. there it is. i pulled out my IPhone, Turning the brightness all the way up, tiling it around the room. And as i suspected, there was a deep dark hole right in-front of me, just waiting to eat me alive. It looked pretty deep, a long fall, but not enough to hurt me too bad. It would fuck up my legs if i was a small child. i recall something like that happening, but not towards me. It was strangely familiar, i swear i could recall this happening to some one.. yes, a small child, age of 11 (most likely) male, fell down a hole in a cave. His friends left him behind in a hurry, hopping to prank the little boy, but instead he slipped and fell to his death. How come i remember so much detail of that? Maybe it was on the news? yeah, i remember my mom talk about it one morning, just after Halloween. i was so scared... I looked down into the hole, flashing my phone down, trying to see anything, or any one. But to no avail. I decided, hey, why not just go down and look myself? i mean, no ones stopping me. so i slid down and fell right on my feet. i looked around the room, it was even colder than the outside. i could freeze to death if i didnt get out.. but i was too curious. I started searching around, looking for answers.
