Chapter One: Becoming Friends Over Music.

--NYX'S POV--

     "NYX! It's time for you to leave" mom yells from downstairs, I quickly grab my bag that I packed last night and run downstairs to hug my mom and run into a cab.

     "Jim, here" I say to the Cab driver who is really nice and we became friends, so I hand him a cookie and he thanks me and drives.

     "Good luck kid" Jim says waves to me and Drives off. I stare at my new camp that my mom sent me too for a month.

     I start walking when a girl bumps into me, and we drop our things.

     "Sorry" I say as I look at a girl with long Brown hair, I look at the ground to all the things on the floor.

     "This must be yours" I say holding out music streets

     "Thanks" the girl says and we both grabs the rest of "our stuff"

     I stand up and so does she."I'm Nyx Blackwood" I say walking away while I turn around to see the girl in shock of my name.

==Gaia's POV==

     Walking to the band room with all my music sheets are hard. I have like thousand of them. I accidentally bump into this girl. "Sorry." She says and looks at the ground.

     "No I'm sorry I should've look where I was going." I say and smile.

      She starts to pick up my papers and I help her. After we pick them up, the girl stands up. I do the same.

     "I'm Nyx Blackwood.".Nyx says. I stare at her in shock. How could she have the same last name as me?

     "Nice to meet you, I'm Gaia Blackwood."

     "Your last name is Blackwood?" She asks.

     I shake my head yes. She looks around to see people walking towards us. Gia my twin brother was one of them.

     "Gaia Who is the cute girl?" He asks me. I shrug.

--Nyx's POV--

     I look at the boy who just called me cute. The girl just shrugged. "Im Nyx" I say and start walk to the entrance of the camp. I go the quad where everyone meets on the first day.

     "Welcome back everyone!" the head council says

     I could hear whispers around me people saying my name, they talked about me everyday. I try not hear the voices, people were afraid of me they would talk to me but not my real friends.

    "People shut up and don't start starting stupid ass rumors about her." a voice says behind me.Gaia. I didn't turn around I just smiled at the comment.

     "Cabin 7, Gaia Blackwood, Belle White, and Nyx Blackwood" Council said.

     I hear people say "Omg are they sisters?","That's not a common last name"

     I grab my bag and start walking towards the cabin, I walk into the cabin and grab the bed by the window.

==Gaia's POV==

     I hate when people starts rumors about stupid things. "People shut up and don't start -starting stupid ass rumors about her." I say.

     I hear some people hiss. Ya I'm not well liked here. I don't really care about that.

     "Cabin 7, Gaia Blackwood, Belle White, and Nyx Blackwood" Council said.

     I hear people say "Omg are they sisters?","That's not a common last name". Other people say. I roll my eyes and see Nyx grabbing her stuff and leaving. I decide to follow her. I grab my phone and my backpack and start following her.

     She walks into our cabin and takes the bed near the window.

     "Hey are you okay?" I ask.

     "I'm fine. I just don't understand what's the big deal with having the same last name as someone else". She says. I take the the bunk above her. "I know what you mean". I say. I hear her laugh.

     "Do you like music?" I ask her. "Ya I love it. why?". She asks. "I was just wondering." I say. I jump off the top bunk and grab my guitar. "What kind of music?" I ask her. "I like Korean songs, Love songs, Popular songs, and 1 Rap song." She says.

    "Oh I know a perfect song then ." I say.

     A few hours pass and Nyx and I become very good friends.

--NYX'S POV-

     Hours pass me and Gaia become good friends over music. Maybe she isn't the hardest to trust, it was easier than I thought. But, part of me still thinks that I shouldn't trust her but I let it go.

     I hear the main bell ring, I quickly run to the quad to see people gathering I go sit down by a table underneath a roof. The guy starts talking when one word catches my mind. Capture the flag. I payed attention when Gaia sat next to me.

     "THIS YEAR THERE ARE 2 TEAMS. We are going to be naming after the gods! Red team, team Hades. And Blue team, Team Zeus. THE CAPTAINS FOR THE TEAMS ARE NYX FOR RED! AND GAIA FOR BLUE!"

     I stood up and walk to the front and so does Gaia. We stood next to each other when the council started talking.

     "We have a new sports leader thingy. Her name is Belle White." he says my eyes widen as my bunk mate walks towards us.

     "This years team, is gonna be extreme. We are using shields,helmets, spears, and the captains choice of weapon. The flags will be hidden were the captains choose" I turn and stare and Gaia stares at me with her green eyes.
