It was a dark winter night,
a faded sound came from the radio of late night music ,but beyond the car window it was silent. A mother worried paced in her car eager to get home to where her husband awaited. Her new-born daughter lay still in her car seat in a deep sleep. A mother too busy to even stop and think to slow down took a quick glance at her small daughter. She looked up onto the road once again to see the road covered in thick layers of ice. Hesitating she spun and spun the driving wheel every which way. The mother with no control jumped to protect her daughter as the the car spun in what seemed to last forever. That's when a massive semi rammed into the drivers side where she was sitting and she just barely blocked any dangers from her daughter. Her Car rolled over several times, breaking glasses and inflating the safety bag. Her head making contact with the cement sidewalk not a moment later. Over and over they bumped and flipped. Finally the car rested at the bottom of a steep hill. There the mother laid, her ears ringing with the sound of her baby's screams. She removed her locket from around her neck and placed it around her daughter,
"Don't ever forget me I love you my darling" she let out her last breath
Her soothing voice calmed the baby, leaving complete silence. A dark shadow looked over the baby. A small woman came out of the forest ,with her 3 children, covered in a dark blanket of fears. Her cold wrinkly hands grasped the baby and she held her in her boney arms.
"May the father punish your mother for the sins she has brought upon herself tonight!"
