"Maddie, so glad you could make it", I smiled warmly.
"Uh, yeah, wouldn't miss it for the world", she exclaimed proudly, giving me a quick hug before entering.
"Where's everybody", she asked, removing her coat.
"Oh, well my little brother and my mom went to my Aunt's house for the weekend, and my older brother went to a friend's house", I explained.
"YAY, we can have the place all the ourselves", she yelled.
"Yeah, and don't get it dirty like last time", I groaned.
"Hey, is was your fault you left the stove on", Maddie replied.
"Because you told me it was off", I sighed.
"Well, I'm glad you're Mom still left me hang out with you. Now let's get this show in the road", Maddie yelled, going to the living room.
"Alright but don't leave a mess", I called out.
"Got it, got it", Maddie murmured, as she put Netflix on. "Come on woman I'm putting on Voltron Legendary Defenders"!!!
"Wait", I screamed, running to the couch.
9 hours later
"Maybe we should turn it off", I murmured, rubbing my eyes.
"No, never" Maddie growled.
"Girl, it's past 12 already. Let's get some sleep", I groaned.
"No, we need to see episode one again", Maddie said, pressing the okay button.
"We already watch it, like, what 3 times", I questioned.
"Oh well, too bad", Maddie shrugged.
"Fine, let me just close me eyes for a bit", I murmured.
Few seconds later...
"Alyssa, Ally, look", Maddie shook me.
"Gosh, what,what", I barked, opening my eyes.
"Something's wrong with the TV", she replied.
"What", I asked.
We both looked at the TV and it turned blue, and then a red button pop out, it says Do Not Push.
"We should push it", Maddie replied.
"No, we don't. We should be going to bed now. Turn it off", I replied, grabbing the remote.
But when I did it wouldn't turn off.
"What the...", I questioned.
I turned off plug and it still didn't turn off.
"Oh come on Alyssa...what if something good happens", she smiled.
"What if something bad happens", I exclaimed annoyed.
"Stop being a party pooper. Have some fun. Fine I'm going to press it", Maddie chirped.
"Maddie, don't", I screamed.
She pressed the button in the screen...nothing happen.
"See I told you nothing is going to----".
Whoosh!
A bright light shined and pulled us into the TV.
"What's happening", I screamed.
"I don't know, hold on", she yelled, as she grabbed my hand.
"Aaaahh"!!!
And everything went black.
End scene.
