"KILL THEM BOTH!" Hux finally spits out, his index finger pointing between yourself and Kylo, who in the half a second after Hux shouted his first word had already adjusted his stance to stand in front of you.

Both your cherry-red lightsabers ignite simultaneously, their swoosh sound of ignition sounding menacing and daring. You're holding the hilt so hard it feels like your knuckles are on the verge of popping out of your skin.

Kylo looks at you and with a shadow of franticness on his face, nods towards the army of stormtroopers heading your way. Knowing your mind is cut off from him, you aren't sure what he's expecting of you.

Should you slip your thoughts into their brains and make them turn against themselves and destroy one another and bring about the end of a whole fleet of innocent soldiers in a macabre suicide mission?

Or should you slice through each and every one of them that lunges themselves at you?

Kylo swings his lightsaber like a tennis racket as he waits for the first blaster shot. When it comes, he deflects with his fiery red sabre, and begins moving forward while deflecting every shot aimed in his direction.

He reaches out with the Force and strangles four; no, five stormtroopers at the same time, and continues to deflect blaster shots as the troopers claw at the invisible hands clasped around their necks in the air.

At the back of the army, near the base of the ship's ramp you can feel whole auras diminishing as troopers shoot each other in the head.

Why is he making his way to the ship?

Five bodies fall to the ground one after the other.

Thump, thump, thump, thump, thump.

Without thinking, you reach for Hux's willpower and force yours to overpower his. You find it's surprisingly easy. His eyes are frozen in shock and pure, red, anger as he places himself in front of you, a human shield.

"That was too easy," you snarl in his ear, knowing full well he despised every second of this. He is your marionette now, and you are his puppet-master. He makes- or rather, you force him to make- a step before you.

You quickly try to assess what your plan of action should be to quickly follow Kylo but also avoid any more casualties. All around you are dead bodies, blasters lying close to their dead owners. Bodies that belong to people you trained with. People that are taken away from their family at a young age, just as you had been.

You are surrounded by the corpses of teenagers.

"You're pathetic and puny. You're a joke," Hux hisses. His mouth instantly seals shut as you take over what little control he had of his own body. You make him march forward.

Still walking towards the ship's ramp, you reach out to the confused thoughts of the bewildered stormtroopers. You keep Hux in between you and the blasters at all times, knowing that they are trained to act on their General's orders. So if no orders are coming from the General, what are they expected to do?

You place gentle thoughts into the minds of the stormtroopers. Thoughts of letting you go unharmed. Thoughts of rebellion against the Order that took away everything from them.

Their white, plastic helmets show no sign of emotion. But then, finally, one by one, they start to take off the helmets, little hisses coming out as the purified air exhales itself from inside, until the last seven stormtroopers left standing- seven out of stars know how many- before you and Hux, finally look human instead of plastic soldiers.

Four stormtroopers drop their blasters into the hot sand. Sweat glistens on their forehead, drips off their nose. What must have been the youngest one, looking barely a day over sixteen, finds the courage to say, "Maybe we should keep our blasters and go into the village to keep the villagers safe." She points to the huts close by, all seemingly huddled together around a large fountain.
