looking back on the time before dan and phil came to be the "dan and phil", dan used to be so unhappy. he hated everything about himself, didn't want to live. then throughout the years him and phil spent together, he started to slowly become more and more happier. he learned to love himself and those big smiles he gives us now are so genuine and pure. he's starting to wear more color now and then. and honestly, it's all thanks to phil. if it weren't for phil becoming so close to dan and making him happy, shaping dan into this amazing young man before us, there's a possibility we might have never had dan make videos for us, or his presences in general.
