It took a while, but we got back to our normal selves again.

I was introduced to the team, taken in by the wives and girlfriends. It was like having a bunch of big sisters I never knew I needed.

Even after all the pain Colton somehow was doing better than ever and so was I. There were a lot of late nights and early mornings. Trips to the zoo and taking cheesy pictures at the arch.

Somewhere between the tears and laughter, I fell for him.
