It's now morning, Joker has gone to his study and Luna is left. Johnny then knocks at the door. 

Luna: WHAT! 

Johnny: Can I come in?

Luna: Make it quick, frost.

Johnny: Joker wants to see you now. 

Luna: well tell him-

Johnny: Now. 

Luna sighs and gets up out of bed and with Johnny she makes her way down to Jokers office. She Knocks. 

Joker: WHAT! I BUSY!

Luna: you said that you wanted to see me?

Joker: come in. 

As Luna enters she see penguin sitting on a chair and there is one next to him. 

Joker: Sit. 

Luna sits down on the space provided and give penguin a glare they both can't stop looking at her. 

Luna: well?

Joker makes his way to Luna and go's down to her level he looks deeply into her eyes why are they so sad? 

Luna: Joker?

Joker: Luna, it's just business. 

Luna: what's just business, J? 

Joker: I- because you still belong to Penguin I have to... give you to him. 

Luna: NO!  

Luna stands up. 

Luna: I DON'T BELONG TO ANYONE! What is it because of last night that I had A beer? So is that your game? you just use me for pleasure?! AFTER ALL I DID! I could have easily got out of here but I CHOSE TO STAY! 

Penguin: Lets go home, Luna. 

Luna: NO! THIS is to do with Tom! isn't It. 

Joker: He- escaped. I doing this to protect you, Luna. If you don't want to leave me then go with penguin. 

Luna: That makes no seance!  

Joker: I CAN'T RISK YOU SAFETY! Batman now knowing your the queen MY Queen. He'll do everything to get to you, please go with Penguin. 

Luna: No- I can't. I won't go back to that HELL! I'm not an experiment! 

Penguin: you aren't being sold to me! you are being taken in for you own safety. 

Luna: Joker- please. I can't. I-

Joker makes his move and Kisses her passionately, he left so broken, but he had to let her go. It was for her safety after all.
