Sandpaws P.O.V
Sandpaw walked back into camp with her mentor(I forgot who he was). Her eyes landed on a kittypet in the clan. His green eyes pierced hers and she had to look away to keep from blushing under his stare. She heard him growl in frustration. She looked around and spotted longtail scowling at the kittypet. "How can a kittypet become a wild cat?" He sneered. The kittypet only glared and said "You call yourself a warrior?" Longtail lashed his tail and stalked forward, slowly. Sandpaw winced as he attacked the kittypet and grabbed his collar. "I am rusty! And I will become... A.... Warrior!" He hissed before lunging forward. She heard a snap! And the collar fell to the ground. Rusty looked at it in disgust before covering it with dirt. Bluestar stood up and said "This kittypet has lost its mark. Therefore, I shall perform his apprentice ceremony." She took a deep breath, and said the words before starclan. "I, bluestar, leader of thunderclan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down at this kittypet. He has decided that the life of a warrior suits him." She looked rusty in the eye. "Rusty, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to defend and protect this clan, even at the cost of your life?" He gazed back unshaken. "I do." Her gaze softened. "Then by the powers of starclan, I give you your apprentice name. Rusty, from this moment on until your receive your warrior name, you shall be know as firepaw. Starclan honors your courage and ferocity and we welcome you as a full member of thunderclan." "I will be mentor to firepaw." She said those words with pride and leaped down to touch noses with firepaw. "Firepaw! Firepaw! Firepaw!" The clan chanted. She didn't join in, because dustpaw didn't. Firepaw padded over to join them. "Hello, what might your names be?" He asked politely. She looked at dustpaw, who rolled his eyes. She put as much sarcasm in her voice as possible. "Well, O great one, I am sandpaw, and that is dustpaw." She knew she made a mistake when his soft gaze turned into a fiery green glare. "Fine, nice to meet you." He said before padding away. "Good one sandpaw!" Dustpaw giggled. She cuffed him over the muzzle. "You mouse-brain!" She hissed. She ran after firepaw as he went through the thorn tunnel. "Firepaw!" She called. If he heard her, he didn't act like it. She growled and sped up, trying to catch up to him. He stopped suddenly, and she crashed into him. "Why are you following me?" He hissed, unsheathing his claws. She gulped as her ears burned and mumbled "I came to apologize." His green glare softened only a whisker. "Why?" He scoffed. "Because-" she stopped. She couldn't tell! She had a Huge crush on him, and she couldn't say that! He must've noticed how her cheeks turned red. "Oh, I see. It's because dustpaw told you too." He mimicked her sarcasm. She growled and said "That isn't it at all!" He rolled his eyes. "Then what is it? Tell me, I dare you." He hissed. She took a deep breath and growled "Because I like you!" She heard a surprised gasp from him. "You what?" She growled. "Because I like you okay?" She mewed softly. She felt his breath beside her ear. "Let it go sandpaw. I don't like you." She gazed up at him, and nearly cried. Hurt was clear in her eyes. "Y-you don't like me?" He rolled his eyes. "No, dustpaw said that you loved him." He growled. Hurt showed in his eyes as well. "He did!? Well, I don't! I never did! He is just another apprentice!!" She screeched. Tears started dripping from her eyes. He gazed at her, his eyes soft. "Sandpaw, that doesn't change it. I don't like you... At.... All." His last words made her pain excelerate. "Your just as bad as the others!" She wailed. Her claws unsheathed and she slashed firepaw across the cheek, leaving marks. He growled and ran off towards camp, leaving her alone. She padded off into some ferns and laid there, crying. His words hurt her more than anything. "Why firepaw, why?" She hissed to herself, tears falling on her paws. She stopped crying later and cleaned her face before getting up and heading back to camp. She saw dustpaw and he saw her. He growled at her and turned away. She gazed at every cat in shock. All of them hissed and spat at her. She saw bluestar. "You are exiled! Leave!" She stared up in shock. "Wh-" bluestar snarled. "Leave!" She was chased out.
She woke up in the apprentices den and saw firepaw snoring softly. She breathed in a sigh. "He doesn't know I like him yet." She said to herself. "Who doesn't know you like him yet?" Firepaw sat up. She growled at herself and braced herself for the impact. "I... Like you." She stammered. His gaze filled with shock, then softened into love. "I like you too sandpaw. Well, more than like. I love you." He purred. She sighed in relief and nuzzled him. "At least it was only a dream." She thought, while dustpaw narrowed his eyes. "She likes me you know." He growled, getting up and padding away. She flinched, and felt him nuzzle closer. "Ignore him." He whispered, licking her ear softly before padding out. She shook her head and followed him.

OK, that was a little boring, but, I promise it will get better ;)
