As I stood in this spot
The moon shines down from the top
The clouds move-
Passing by the moon
A better clear sight of the sky
I caught a glimpse of this star
It’s alone as I am tonight
I could sense a bitter-sweet mem’ry
Rushing from my brain to my heart
Suddenly I felt a feeling
I can’t seem to put together
Maybe it was-
One time last summer night
Yet as the cold wind passed by
And embraced me-
I was stunned by reality
The bits and pieces that caught me
Will never be the same as I grow a little more
Pictures in my mind will never be the same
The feeling? I don’t know
Vivid raindrops came and drew me far-
Far from the spot where I felt cold and empty
