A young teen glanced at the walls around him. At least they aren't white.

He had no idea why he was here, in what seemed to be a holding cell. No white walls means no GIW. He was in his human form so, if he was lucky, they wouldn't know about his other half. Perhaps they captured him because of his parents?

He was strapped to a chair in the middle of the room. Another chair was facing his. So I'm going to be interrogated. Nothing new. Who ever this guy was couldn't possibly scarier than... He never finished the thought.

His bindings fell off and he was able to stand up. The door opened and a gas of some sort flooded in. He paid no mind to it though and raced out the door.

The halls were flooded with prisoners, all with the same idea as him. He felt himself get lost in the sea of orange.

Then unexpectedly men began to freak out. They attacked one another screaming. He now found himself dodging random attacks made from panicked men. He almost made it out when one of said prisoners grabbed the scruff of his neck and held him against the wall.

The boy looked at his captor critically. The man was strong and obviously use to fighting. One punch from this guy could seriously hurt me. He tried to transform into his ghost side and phase out of the mad man's grip. Unfortunately Danny couldn't use his abilities. Some one must have halted his powers!

Danny prepared for himself to be punched. The pain never came though. Danny opened his eyes to see a man in a bat outfit.

Batman.

Danny remembered reading about this hero in the newspaper. The Dark Vigilante, the Amity Times had labeled the bat. He had been jealous at the time. He still was. Anything is better than Inviso-bill! It figures that the town would be come up with an awesome name for anyone else but me.

Seeing Batman face to face meant only one thing; he was in Gotham.
