There, that girl writing on her paper, smiling her beautiful smile, Enjoying her life it seems to me.
She was there, at the opposite end of the lunch table talking to her friends, enjoying food.
It was recess, I decided to go talk to the girl.
I walked up to her, she smiled, I smiled back.
We became friends, wait....,no, not friends....we became best friends after that day.
Now, I sit next to her at lunch, I sit next to her during class, I play with her, and she plays with me.
Our bond had grown since that day, it seems like we would never grow apart.
It was the end of the school year, we got our year books.
I asked the girl to sign my year book, and she did.
She even put her number on it.
After summer I saw her again at school, she looked better than ever.
She saw me and smiled.
she ran over and tackled me into a big huge, I hugged her back.
The year went great....but....then....I had to tell the girl....Gabby, I was moving.
she was so sad but I told her, as stated:
"It's okay, don't cry, I'm sure we'll see each other soon"
She just kept on crying.
It was that day I moved, we saw the new school, didn't look as good as the old one, and never will be.
We took a tour, around our new neighborhood after we were done unpacking days later.
Me, my dad,and my brother rode around our neighborhood on our bikes.
We saw the neighbors, they looked quite nice it seemed.
Then, I see one house with the garage open and 2 girls.
Gabby was one of them.
hanging on the monkey bars with a shocked face next to what looks like her friend.
We talked, she told me where she lived, across the street and I visited her the next day.
I told her we would never grow apart, and years past, still knowing each other.
Then, that one day, playing at her house, we had a sleepover, ever since then we've had sleepovers.
I also made friends with Gabby's friend.
Everyday, they started to grow apart from each other.
I tried to get them to become friends like they used to, bond more like they used too.
I reminded them of the summer, going to the pool together, having sleepovers.
Once, when Gabby asked me and her friend to have a sleepover, we saw a rainbow fade in the distance.
I told them don't for get this day because it symbols our friendship forever no matter what.
They just grew apart more and more each day.
I was loosing them both.
they split there ways from each other.
I don't know if they made up and are friends now because well, one day, it happened, again.
My dad told me we were moving again.
I didn't know how to tell this to Gabby but I knew I had to.
I told her and she cried and cried.
That made me cry.
I tried to tell her what I always told her, we will never grow apart from each other.
Ever since that day, I look in my yearbook looking at Gabby.
I had moved away already.
I still have the memories with her but they are
Fading Away.
