Engineering. A career opportunity stereotypically narrowed for men. We decide that we will be empowered not only as a gender but as a race because we define equality, we decide what we want to do. Its who we are and who we will be. As kids, we were passionate for engineering itself not knowing what it was exactly but as we grew older we realized there's more to this, there is a whole world for this, this today. The day we decide what we're going to be, were going to be engineers. From this day on nothing will be the same at least not for us. We will be the girl you want us to be we will be who we want to be and that's what we will stand for.
Aspiring studding a field that is still dominated men is our main goal, well make a change, we are part of international women and girls that will rise. We believe we can make a change as other woman have done therefore we are proud to say that we are part of 2223V UHS team. This team gives us an opportunity to excel not only an aspiring engineer but as a human being. Not only this but they give an opportunity to discovering a world that most people will not understand. We 4 members are completely dedicated to robotics itself it being a passage to our long-term goal.
We as a team have had a great experience especially us two being the two mechanics. Wave learned so much during this year of nonstop building and practicing. We must be honest and say that not all of it has been happy faces and rainbows we have had hard times such as the loss of a team mate. We didn't lose him to death just transportation difficulty's. These are the sort of things that unite us as a team. Not only as a team but as a family. We've seen each other so much during this semester that we know every detail of one another and, we've learned to speak when something difficult is happening it doesn't matter what, we've learned to trust and listen to each other.
