KENDALL'S POV

Today is Friday, tomorrow is the party and to be honest i am nervous to see all those old faces i didn't think i would be seeing again.

Selena is coming over after school and i am pretty excited because we haven't hung out in forever

i crammed all my books into my locker, only keeping my chemistry workbook in my bookbag, i shut my locker then suddenly jumped feeling a hot breath on my neck... Harry.

"Harry you scared me" i whined showing a slight smile

"sorry babe i was thinking we could hang out after school" he asked as we started heading to our first period

"can't i have to go dress shopping with my friend, but there is a party if you wanna come tomorrow" i asked as we sat side by side in our usual seats

"sure" he shrugged taking his text books out

"Selena!" I squealed as she parked in my driveway

"Woah so this is where you live?" she gasps with wide eyes

"Mhm did you being your sleeping bag?" I asked

"Of course now let's go shopping" she says opening the door for me

"You would so look cute in this dress" she picked out a dress the was black it looked a little too tight and short

"No thank you, but you on the other hand would look perfect in it go try it on" I pushed her lightly towards the dressing room while I searched everywhere for mine I came to the last rack which was clearance

a particular dress caught my eye it was also black, but the top had beads that were bright, the bottom was a little puffy it looks like it comes down to about a little above mid thigh not too bad

I went to the room next to Selena to try it on, I loved it I quickly took it off Selena was already paying for hers, I took out my 'emergency credit card' that my dad gave me a couple months ago and paid

"So how do you like your school?" Selena asked as we made our way towards the parking lot

"I love it honestly" I smile

"That's great, can't wait for tomorrow" she squeals as we hop into her car, I lay our dresses neatly in the back seat as she rambles on about how Taylor is going out with some kid she met on the sidewalk I just nod and listen

"Make yourself at home" I said as I threw all our stuff including dresses on the couch

"I will now let's watch a movie like old times" she pats the spot next to her I put in some old movie that is in black and white, when we were in 9th grade we would watch black and white movies and make fun of them

"she needs to beat his ass for cheating on her" we both agree then laugh as the lady slaps the man, I've missed this tbh. I just never realized it.

sooner or later we fell asleep together on the couch while watching the movie

"oh my gosh Selena you look perfect" i say as she walks out the bathroom in her dress, i already have mine on, its 4 o'clock but we have to get ready early so I can go with her to her house and get her house jazzed up

my hair has slight curls that bounce off my sholders, i have light makeup (mascara, eyeliner, and lipstick), for shoes i am wearing black pumps

i texted Harry the address earlier and i told him to be there around six like everyone else. I haven't told Selena yet i don't know why it just hasn't come up

Selena's hair is straight, and her bangs are pinned back, along with some mascara and lipgloss, & black highheels

"let's get going" i linked our arms, Tyler is at some football game then after they're having a group sleepover at his friends house, my step mom is getting groceries, and for dad he is working like always but i don't mind because in order to keep this house he needs a job to pay for it

we started the 30 minute drive to her house, i cranked up the radio as we sang to Bruno Mars

Selena's phone vibrated "could you see who it is?" she asked

i picked up her phone sliding the screen to see text messages.. Justin.

"happy birthday see u tonight luv u" i repeated out loud "it's Justin" i know i am dating Harry but everytime i try to get away from Justin he finds his way back into my life

"you know Kendall, when you left Justin was different" Selena said so close to a whisper

"well he is one of the reasons i moved" i frowned

"no i mean he didn't even talk to us for a couple of weeks let alone any of his other friends when we talked about you his eyes would sparkle i think he likes you" her tone was serious It can't be

"Fuck no" I rubbed my temples "he told me that before I left months ago, I told him he was a damn liar and left are you sure?" I asked

"Mhm" she nodded

"I can't though I'm with Harry" I sighed

"Ooh who's Harry" she smirked

"Some kid I've had a crush on for months and he finally asked me out and yea you will see him at the party I invited him" I smile proudly

"Awh that's so cute Ken tell me about him" she kept her eyes on the road as I rambled on about how cute he is

We set out all the alcohol, snacks, cups and more for Selena's birthday party it's actually sad how her parents don't stay here for her birthday instead they go to work

The door bell rang indicating the guests were here I checked the time six o'clock let the party begin.

by 6:30 the house was full "let's have a drink?" i suggested to Selena

"of course" we made our way to the kitchen i filled my cup with some random alcohol i found on the counter

"hey Justin, Chaz, Ryan" i heard selena say i turned and smiled at them

"aye" i slurred, i'm not drunk trust me one drink only makes me woozy

i chugged down the rest of my drink then snatched another off the counter

"Kendall can I talk to you?" everyone watched me as i stood in disbelief at what Justin just asked i nodded as he took my hand and tugged me outside

before he could say anything i heard someone else say my name "hey Kendall" i looked to see Harry

"you made it" i sqeualed like a five year old okay maybe i am a little drunk

"mhm" he hummed, he hugged my waist from behind "Justin this is my boyfriend, Harry, Harry this is Justin"

Justin looked furious last thing i remember is Harry getting punched in the face.
