Maybe the wolf is in love the moon. And every month the wolf cries and howls for a love that can never be touched!

I ran through the woods, trying to get away from my abusive father. The mud squished in between my paws every time they met the ground. The cold air blew through my white fur as I ran, helping me cool down. I'm afraid and I'm not ashamed to say it. To be honest, I hate this pack!

"Katoa!" My father yelled, chasing after me.

My vision began to get blurry as the tears flowed freely. Not paying attention, I went to jump over a log, but tripped over my tail. Falling and rolling I yelped in pain. I whined as I tried getting up. I heard my father's laugh, causing me to jump up and run into something hard.

I heard a growl, causing me to automatically look up to see a black wolf. He was bigger than me. His eyes glowed red as he bared his teeth at me. Then I realised who it was.

"I- I'm sorry alph-"

"Katoa! I swear on your mothers grave, I will fuck you up so bad you'll be wishing it was you who had been killed instead of your mother!" My father growled.

My eyes widen in fear as I quickly hide behind the alpha. I whined as I see my father appear on top the log. I crouched down, flattened my ears, and put my tail between my hind legs. The alpha looked down at me then back at my father.

"Ah, alpha! Its nice to see-"

"Silence." The alpha demanded, cutting my father off.

My father shut his mouth right away.

"Can you tell me why this small female is hiding behind me?" He growled.

"Well, you see alph-"

"I wanted an answer, not a god damn story!"

My father nodded, "She disobeyed me, so I was only punishing her."

I backed a little. Why does he always do that? He always lies his way out of everything and when he gets home, I get beat ten times worse. The alpha narrowed his eyes at my father. He then jumped at him, causing my father to fall on his back. The alpha then leaned over him, pushing his paw down against his throat, growling.

"I don't appreciate liars!" He growled, "Especially in my pack! If she was only punished, she wouldn't be bleeding! If I ever catch you around her again, I'll kill you myself! Do I make myself clear?"

My father struggled to breathe, but he managed to speak. "Y-yes alpha."

"Good, now be gone with you!" The alpha said, letting him go.

My father got up and gave me one last glare before running home. I felt hot tears fall, as I looked up at the alpha.

"Get up." He demanded, without looking at me.

He started to walk away as I still stayed where I was. Watching him quietly, he stopped and looked back, "Are you coming or are you going to sit there and look stupid?"
