It was dark, I couldn't see anything. I was trapped in this cage like an animal. The cold, steel bars pressed against my body. Every second the cage jerks launching me to the other side. I was being tossed around not knowing what was going on. There was paper stuck all around the cage but the light was flickering so I couldn't read what was on the paper. The box tossed me one last time and threw me to the floor. I hit my head on the way down knocking me unconscious. I don't remember anything until reaching the top of the 'lift'. The sun shone brightly in my eyes blinding me from seeing my surroundings, I could just about make out the shadows glaring down at me. Hands reached out trying to grasp onto me. I crawl back at first but after a warming smile from everyone glaring down at me I reached out to the hands to help me out of the cage. When I got out everyone was staring at me and turning to the people around them whispering. Its like they've never seen a girl before. It was only a few moments later when I realised, it wasn't me they were staring at, it was the pieces of paper that were hanging from the walls surrounding me.

"She's the last one... ever" a voice called out.

Everyone muttered among themselves trying to work out what this meant. Everyone turned away trying to forget what had just happened and tried to get back to what they were doing. Everyone but these two young boys stayed with me.

"Wh,,,wh.. who are you? Why am I here?"

"No one knows why we are here. We were chosen" one of them said.

"Ch... chosen? What do you mean?"

"Wow your full of questions aren't you?" he called out again.

"Well are you surprised!?" I said back at him.

"Come on Newt just let her settle in then we can discuss everything then. I'm Thomas, this is Newt and this... well, this is the glade"
