Chapter 18: The fall of Light

Dave's PoV

<Time Stamp: Before Tyler Woke Up>

As I visited my sister, whom wed a dragon folk. I learned that that there were different types of dragons, I hunted down a hunter named Draco "The Slayer". For a book called the Dragon Tome,

He was heading west and so I traveled west for a day, Jasper and Lucas updated me through astral projections on how my son is doing.

When I found Draco, It wasn't easy because when I found him; he got under my skin and challenged my authority,

I tried to reason with him and be calmed about his pathetic attitude,

Yes I admit he had some amazing skills especially he weilds the dragon blade of Zargonia, and harbors the power of the Shade.

But in the end, I beat him using his own power against him, he was too stubborn to know how to weild the sword properly and i used it to my advantage.

When I acquired the book, I realized that Tyler wasn't a dragon kind, he was different and more powerful than I think. Though I don't know what he is; Jace on the other hand, was not the son I thought he would be.

He was draken, a half bred dragon and half human. I realize that he was the one I was looking for, my next in line but what about Tyler? What is he?

Is his fate more different than I thought it would be?

As I thought about this, Jasper and Lucas appeared and informed me that my wife was kidnapped by the House of Crows, and none other by the Crow Sisters. I immediately opened a portal back home.

But when I stepped out from the Dragon chamber, my wife was waiting side by side with a demon. With a smirk on both their faces.

"Told you he'll be here" the demon said

"I know my dear" my wife said and the demon leaned in for a kiss

My rage got the best of me and attacked both of them.

My 'ex-wife' fled as the demon and I fought, but outside the chamber, Lucas and Jasper were having their own battle.

Jasper's PoV

As the Crow mages attacked Lucas and I tried our best to hold them off, but they were too powerful; Jace surprised when Leonardo and Centaurous were there to help us,

A sudden loud explosion and a demon came flying by with Master Dave behind him in his Demonic form,

It was gruesome; the way his dragon wings were much alike with a demon and his fangs were stretched out his mouth and made him look rabid, his face were scarier and it belonhed to a monster. He was enraged and when he saw me he said in his deep dark voice

"Get Tyler out of here" but as we try to goto Tyler's room, the 3 sisters blocked the way, Lucas immediately shape shifted and I used my magic of duplication to help, the 3 sisters were subdued and we headed to Tyler's room,

"He'll be awake soon" Yelled Leo as he fires blue energy beams from his hands

I ran towards the room and saw Tyler trying to get up, I conjured a magic cloak for him and escaped. The last words we heard was, "Death will the first thing you'd wish for!" It was either the Demon or Master Dave himself

Lucas punched a hole in Tylers room and jumped out,

He started the car and we drove away as far as we can.

The very last thing Lucas and I heard was a loud explosion and a scream of pain amd agony. At that moment; I knew, master Dave was gone.

Dave's PoV

<After the fight>

I transformed into my demonic form and wasted a lotnof energy, but I killed the demon and Jasper and Lucas took Tyler, Jace was right by my side when I saw anotjer figure.

"Dad are you okay?" He asked

"Yeah" I answered

"I am sorry about mom, I didn't know, I swear!" He said

"It's okay" I said,

Then I heard a laughter and someone grabbed Jace and shadowed out of the room.

"Victor?" I asked

"Demonicus Ice" he said and suddenly it felt cold and I felt my soul was taken oit of my own body. By a flash of light, everything turned black.

Victor's PoV

'Damn it' I cursed my self, the boy got away. But I had other plans to make him mine, his little pathetic lover,

His father was out of the way and so as his brother. Now I must take down the wolf and the vampire.

I smirk as I shadowed out of the wrecked ruins of the Starlight king,

'Soon I shall harbor, the powers of the boy' I said to myself as I go. Jace's PoV

Leo and Centaurous shadowed us back to the Tower where Leo resides

"Does this mean I don't have a family anymore?" I asked

"No, you still have Tyler and his twin" Leo said

"Twin? There's three of us?" I asked confused

"No, for now let us focus on finding a way to track them down before it's all too late" Leo said and Centaurous gave a nod.
