CHAPTER 10

-Damien's POV-

After we had dinner, I went to my room, thinking about when I bit Melodys ankle

*flash back*

Me, my brothers (except Cameron) were out for a run. And then everyone heard running and Cameron yelling at something.

I then saw a girl and boy running towards us, I thought that they were intruders and Cameron wanted to get revenge, he never liked people intruding.

I saw the girl come close to me so I bit down on her ankle, Cameron then came running and shifted, I thought that he was going to kill her so I bit down harder so that he wouldn't have to take a life.

The girl was screaming, then Cameron tackled me to the ground. The boy helped her over to a tree, trying to get away "Seth, don't let them get away" I said through mind link "on it" he replied and went behind the boy. He turned around once the girl told him and he dropped the girl

*end of flash back*

"Why?" I heard Cameron ask

"why what?" I asked, pissed at myself

"why did you bit Melodys ankle? Do you know how much she wants to walk on her own and how much pain she now goes through?" he asked really pissed at me

"I thought that..................-"

"that what?" cameron cut me off

"that you wanted to get revenge on them for something they did, I'm sorry" I said

"First of all, why would I get revenge? And second, I'm not the one you should be apologising to" Cameron said as if I was just giving excuses

"listen Cameron, please, I already said sorry" I pleaded.

Before Cameron could answer there was a knock at the door, and then we smelt the scent of Cameron's best friend Nathan.

-Cameron's POV-

Damien and I heard a knock at the door and then smelt the scent of my best friend Nathan. I walked down stairs with Damien behind me, when I got down stairs I saw Nathan sniffing as if smelling a familiar scent

-Melody's POV-

I was in my room, when I heard a knock on the door, I limped out of my room to hear foot steps going down the stairs. I limped down stairs to see Cameron, Damien and ............. Nathan, I limped completely down the stairs and went over to Cameron.

"Hey man" Cameron said as I got to his side, with my now aching ankle.

Nathan then looked at me and a smile grew on his face and Cameron pulled me into his side.

"Melody, is that you?" he asked

"hey Nat" after I said that he ran up to me and pulled me into his loveable bear hugs.
