Victoria sighed once again. The clacking sound of her shoes wasn't the only sound that could be heard in the school hallway. Whispers and glares and dreadful gossips about Victoria could be heard as she pass by. Many students were gossiping about her and her family and she was used to that by now. It's always been like this since she was little. She had no bestfriends, no friends, just aquaintances. And those aquaintance weren't even her's. It was her parent's friends or their friend's children.

Victoria never really had a great childhood. It was always filled with business talks, huge parties that she didn't enjoy but she had to attend anyway for her parents sake, and many other annoying stuffs. Victoria is tired of all of these things. She just wants to live a normal life where she can do anything that she wants.

Victoria sighed once again as she entered her classroom. There was a bunch of snobby rich girls that sat with their group in the middle of the classroom, laughing very hard, but it died when Victoria entered the room.

"Oh, look girls, Queen Victoria has arrived." Stella, the so called 'leader' of that group, said out loud. They started laughing after that. Victoria didn't understand what's so funny about that. Guess they're just too stupid that they will laugh at anything that Stella says.

Victoria didn't even spare her a glance as she walked to her seat at the back of the classroom, near the back door. She stare at the window. The sky is so blue today, it's so clear, it's beautiful. Then, she saw a butterfly. It's wings were beautiful. Black and blue. She wanted to be like that butterfly. Free to do things as she desire. Victoria could only sigh once more. Life doesn't always go the way we planned it to be.

The bell rang and the home room teacher, Mr. Dave, entered the classroom.
"Good morning, class. There's a new student who will join us from today. Please come inside and introduce yourself." Mr. Dave said, his attention was now on the closed door.

The door flew open and revealed a tall handsome young man with brown messy hair, his blue eyes were mesmerizing, it's like you could drown in them, the uniform that he wears fits his body perfectly, his awkward smile that was plastered on his face as he walked into the front of the class showed his dipple on his right cheek. It made him look even more cute.

"Hey, nice to meet you all. My name's Joshua Sanders." He said as he smile.
All of the girls were melted by his adorable smile. Well, almost everyone, except for Victoria. Victoria didn't even once spare a glance to her new classmate. Her eyes were
fixacated on the book that she's reading. She was uninterested with the whole introduction thing. It's just wasting her precious time.

"Ehm..miss Lee. Might I ask you why are you reading a novel while everyone is paying attention to the front of the class?" Mr.
Dave asked.
"..." Victoria didn't answer. She blew it this time. She was caught red handed.
"Please answer my question..miss Lee." Mr. Dave demanded.
"I wasn't reading a novel, sir. I was reading the next chapter for the lesson-"
"And if I may say this. It's not very polite to not pay attention while someone is speaking." Mr. Dave said sternly. Cutting Victoria off before she could even finish her sentence. Victoria could hear snickers and remarks from Stella and her friends. Victoria could only sigh.
"...yes, sir. I'm sorry for my behaviour." Victoria apologized.
"Alright, I won't give you detention, but I want you to show Joshua around the school. Since he's new, he could get lost in this huge place. Are you okay with that?" Mr. Dave ask threateningly.
"But, there's a school map." Victoria said.
"Do you want to get a detention miss Lee?" Mr Dave ask once more.
"...no, sir." Victoria said.
'How did I even get into this mess.' Victoria thought.
"Okay then, please kindly escort Joshua around the school grounds." Mr. Dave said with a smile plastered on her face.
"Yes, sir." Victoria said in defeat.
"Joshua, you can sit on the chair beside miss Lee. If you have any questions regarding the lesson then you can ask her." Mr. Dave said to Joshua. Victoria hates this.
