"Jose's here!" Mom yelled. "Coming!" I ran out of my room and slipped in the hall with a huge SLAM! On our hardwood floor. I got up this time walking to the front door while rubbing my back. I finally got to the door and Jose was banging on the door screaming. I hurried over to the door and let her in with a click of the door she was in. She was damp because of the light rain we have had for the past few days. She quickly ran to the window and looked outside. She spun around and began speaking gibberish. "Calm down! What happened" I said grabbing her arm to get her attention. "There um there is something out there." She said with a petrified look in her eye there was a huge slam at the door and the power went out. Everything went completely silent.
