Norway is actually pretty honest when it comes to his thoughts and emotions, though he shows them in a peculiar way that most will not understand. He genuinely shows if he is okay with or annoyed by someone - this can be seen from his obvious hints on how much he cares for Iceland, or from his occasional snarky comments about Denmark. This doesn't mean that Norway despises Denmark, however. He's just really tired of Denmark's antics sometimes.
