I Can't Explain (not updating)

Chapter 6

Trey shook his head.

"Excuse me ladies. How ya'll doin' tonight?"

The three girls turned around and Trey groaned. It definitely was them. Well Jessica and Melissa he didn't know who the other girl was.

"We are fine. How about you?"

"You definitely are fine," Forrest said.

Lord, help me, Trey prayed silently. His fool ass brother was carrying on this conversation like he wasn't there. Jessica and Forrest were just flirting flat out, while the other girl and Melissa just stared at him.

Melissa

It was so awkward. While Jessica got her groove back, Gabby and Melissa were just standing there. Melissa didn't know what to do, should she act like she didn't know him or just be like, 'hey Mr. Neverson'.

"Hello to you too."

She jumped, her eyes went wide did she just speak that out loud. Jessica shot her a look, while Gabby started playing with her fingers.

"Uh h- hi."

He laughed a bit, "Hey."

"So, what movie are you guys planning on seeing?" Jessica said, to maybe clear the awkwardness of the situation.

"Elysium. I heard it is going to be great."

"Wow. I just said that a while ago," Gabby said.

"Well maybe we can sit next to each other," Forrest said.

Oh Jesus, Melissa thought. Sitting next to them, mainly Mr. Neverson, for 120 minutes maybe less was going to be a challenge. Maybe she had asthma and nobody told her, because it was getting hard to breathe. She hoped that she played it off and nobody noticed her nervousness.

They all bought tickets and headed to the right theater for their movie. They picked their seats and guess what; she was next to Mr. Neverson.

She began to play with her fingers, hopefully they weren't shaking.

"Are you okay," he whispered.

Man his voice, she thought. She managed to shake her head 'yes'.

The movie started and everyone focused on the screen.

Trey

How? Why? What?

He asked himself all these questions. How did he end up sitting next to Melissa? Why was this happening to him? What, because just what?

The scent of her perfume or something was clouding his nose. It wasn't bad. The movie started, but he couldn't focus.

All through the movie he was paying attention to Melissa. At some points she would tense up at what she saw on the screen. She even was cussing at the screen. At one point she turned her face away from the disturbing scene and she all but hid her face in his shirt. She apologized after and he could see some pink in her cheeks.

He didn't mind though. Not at all. When the movie ended everyone

He didn't mind though. Not at all. When the movie ended everyone was talking about how good it was. Trey could only shake his head yes. He saw some parts. When they said bye, Trey didn't really want to see Melissa go.

Melissa

"That movie was awesome!" Jessica said.

Everybody agreed. It was an amazing movie.

"Jessica did you get that number?" Gabby asked.

"Yeah, I did."

"Oh my gosh!"

While they squealed like little girls at a One Direction concert, Melissa thought about Trey-Mr. Neverson. She had put her head on him! And he smelled really nice.

She was so embarrassed. She blushed so hard. She was going to never forget that. Hopefully he would. She should just shout it. She had a teeny tiny crush on her teacher. As long as he didn't know she would be fine, right?

"Melissa!" Jessica shouted, it brought her out of her thoughts.

"What!"

"Ask your parents if you can stay over my house."

"Okay."

She sure was glad they didn't see.
