I spun away from Luke, then back into his arms, intertwining our fingers together, continuing to dance. The fridge door was still open, it being the only light source in the room. He placed his hands on my hips as we swayed together, "Merry Christmas my love."
I kissed him and pulled away, "I've a gift for you." I smiled at him and he smiled back. I nodded towards the lounge room and he begun in that direction. I ran off to our room, grabbing the item and running back. As I entered the room where Luke was sitting, I held the long plastic object behind my back.
"Ready?" I asked him
He nodded, "ready."
I stepped towards him and placed the test in his hands, watching as he processed what it was. It hit him and he shot up, jumping like a small child. "Are you serious!?" He laughed, tears filling his eyes. I nodded, biting my lip. "Oh my god," he smiled, "I'm gonna be a dad." He said, barley a whisper.
I nodded, "yeah, you are. You're gonna be the best dad."
He stepped forward, the test still in his hand, and kissed me, "I love you," he dropped to his knees and gently placed his hands on my stomach, kissing it too, "and I also love you."

It was Christmas Eve and I was curled up on the couch next to Michael, Christmas specials playing on the TV, his hand was placed comfortingly on my swollen stomach. Slowly, I was drifting off to sleep when a sharp pain shot through me. It was like thousands of daggers were pushed into me. I grounded loudly and sat up, Michael following, looking at me, concerned. The pain came again, just as bad as the last and I gripped the fabric of the couch. "Michael," I groaned, "it's time."
I watched as panic and excitement washed over him and he quickly shot up from the couch, running up to our bedroom.

Never in my entire life did I think I'd ever hate Michael, but as I lay here in this hospital bed with severe pain running through me and a nurse yelling at me to push, all I could do was hate him. I'd told him, too, many times. I was screaming it at him.
He held my hand, and kissed it every timeI screamed at him, "I know you do baby, but you're doing so good. Tell you what, I'm glad it's you pushing this baby out and not me."
"Michael, your jokes are NOT appreciated right now." I screamed at him, throwing my head back.

Finally the pain subsided after one last push and the cries of my newborn baby filled the room. I watched as Michael cut the umbilical cord and the nurses wrapped our child in warm blankets. "You've a beautiful baby girl here," the nurse smiled, handing my baby to me.
"A girl?!" Michael exclaimed
I looked up and smiled at him as he jumped excitedly. He'd always wanted a girl. I giggled at him and looked at our daughter her, her green eyes shining at me. "She's got your eyes baby," I whispered to him and he came closer, looking at her lovingly.
"She's perfect," he smiled, "our perfect little Mia."

I buried my hands deep in my pockets, jogging through the crowds of people, all of them laughing or singing Christmas carols in what sounded like German, which i couldn't quite understand. I pulled my phone out of my pocket, snow falling onto the screen, and opened up my emails, verifying the address that was my destination. Although I was tired and jet lagged, I felt as though i could do anything. I couldn't help but smile at myself as I thought about Alana, and how she had no idea that I was here. Jogging up the cobblestone steps of her house, I knocked on the red painted door, and stepped back, butterflies erupting in my stomach. I hadn't seen Alana in weeks since she left to be with her family for Christmas here in Austria. We'd skyped every night and I missed her like crazy. After hours of bickering with my mother about how I wouldn't be home for Christmas, I got a plane ticket and planned to visit her, after confronting her parents of course. I listened as the lock of the front door clicked and it slowly opened. A woman, who I assumed was Alanas mother stood behind it and smiled at me. Her hair was the same fiery red as Alanas, only it was short. The lady smiled, "you must be Calum. Im Alessa, Alamas mother. It's so wonderful to finally meet you."
Her accent was much stronger then Alanas, and I took a moment to register what she'd said. "It's wonderful to meet you too."
Alessa turned and called for Alana. The butterflies in my stomach grew as I waited to see her beautiful face. I watched as she approached the door, her long red hair sat under a black beret. She came to the doorway and looked at me, her jaw dropped and she screamed something in German which I didn't understand. She jumped at me, wrapping her arms and legs around me. Catching her, I stepped backwards, slipping on some ice and landed in their show covered garden. We lied together in the snow, her on top of me. She looked down at me, her small hands gently pressed on my face, "merry Christmas beautiful."
Her eyes were full of tears and she connected out lips. I'd waited so long to hold her again. She pulled away, looking down at me, "Ich liebe dich, Calum Hood; I love you, Calum Hood."

Laying in bed, Ashton's arms were wrapped around me. A small beam of sunlight peaked through the gap in our curtains. I rolled over, facing the messy haired boy that I was deeply in love with, burying my face into his chest. He kissed my head, sighing as we begun drifting back to sleep. Our bedroom door burst open, our two children running in yelling. They jumped on our bed, "mommy daddy wake up its Christmas!" They screamed together as Ashton and I both groaned. Continuing to jump, I watched as Ashton sat up, gripping Jasey by her ankles, pulling her down towards him, wrapping his arms around her. He begun to tickle her and she screamed for her brother's help. Beau, her twin, crawled across me on to Ashton's back. All three of them were laughing and I felt happier then I ever had.
We'd been married four years now, and they were the best four years of my life. "Alright you little rascals," I said sitting up, grabbing Beau from Ashton's back, "let's go see what Santa got you."
The two kids ran downstairs, Ashton and I following. I sat in the couch curled up next to Ashton, his arm wrapped around me as the kids compared gifts. "This is perfect." He mumbled to me, kissing the top of my head.
