Her powers: Time travel/viewing, fire/electricity/ice manipulation, flight (obviously), super senses (i.e. hearing, smell, sight, being able to feel things around her like life forms), super strength/speed, inducing fear hallucinations with eyes, invisibility, intangibility, powerful screech (like black canary but more powerful and has more a haunted sound), she's somewhat immortal (normal weapons can't harm her), she can help spirits move on or make them her familiars/partners, and death sense (meaning she knows when someone is about to die and where/ it also tells her if it has to happen or not). Yes, she seems like a Mary Sue but she has weaknesses.

Weaknesses: has to follow rules from the Reaper Executives (she's the only reaper but she has a boss. Like the green lanterns observants... You know, the big headed blue people.), she can create a blade that kills her (once made, she can't destroy it.), and finally, her screech weakens her for a length of time depending on how long or how much she uses it (meaning a normal weapon can kill her in that time.).

There. Hopefully you can remember all that but I will list it later when she uses that power. And yes, I drew the picture above. Onwards!

Reaper watches the Flash run over with a piece of metal before being alerted by her death sense that someone is about to die but she's allowed to stop it. She turns to see two distracted women on the side of a cliff. One in an American flag one suit and the other with wings like herself but brown. An alien missile is headed right to them as they speak about some matter. Reaper flies to the missile and swings her long and heavy scythe forward with ease, slicing it in half.

"Are you two alright?" she asks them, they nod slowly.

"Look out-!" the warning the other winged woman shouts is in vain as Reaper simply shoots a blue fire ball behind her nonchalantly, bringing the alien ship down easily. It goes down before exploding upon coming into contact with the ground.

"By Hera, you're as powerful as the Gods!" swimsuit comments in awe. Reaper bows her head in thanks before flying off to the others, flapping her long and powerful ink black wings. They are more fuller, longer, and powerful than the one the other woman has. If the woman is a hawk, Reaper is an eagle or something even more legendary; a Griffin. Well, she is technically an Angel. She lands before the rest of the group, the six men stare at her in awe and slight fear. She notices two lanterns. One African American male with a buzz cut and a "no play" look to his face. The other a Caucasian with brown fluffed up hair, an arrogant playboy look on his face accompanied by a green mask. Reaper narrows her eyes at him, peeking into his past, present, and future.

Thank Chuck, no Guy Gardner. Hal Jordan is his name, huh? Interesting.

She takes notice of a man in a bat suit narrowing his eyes at her as well. She feels a familiar life force within him and a small smile rises behind her half mask.

Little Bruce is all grown up.

She then eyes a man in red and blue, a big 'S' on his chest. Her smile grows.

Clark too.

"Who's the creepy chick?" A man in a red suit whispers to the Caucasian Lantern, or Hal as Reaper learned. Before she can answer, Bruce speaks up,

"Reaper: the Angel Of Repent." Reaper bows her head once again.

"I'm flattered you've heard of me. And Flash?" he stiffens and turns to her. She analyzes him the way she did Jordan, "it's very rude of one to whisper about another person behind their back. The "Man of Steel", as you humans call him, is not the only one with super hearing." she taps her left ear. He grimaces. Barry Allen.
