Summary: Emily Rose was a charming girl, rather innocent and shy when he first met her. He was rather intrigued by her. She never talked much but when she did, she managed to tongue-tie everyone who listened to her. She had a captivating voice and she definitely did not lack intelligence.
They lost contact a few months after he left for college. They never saw each other again after that. He never really forgot about her, but didn't think of her often either.
She was always happy, for most part of her high school, or so everyone thought. She never really gave off any sad, depressed vibes. She never bothered about other guys and never gave them a time of her day. Rose was one of the most optimistic person he had ever seen.
So he was shocked when she walked in. All he could think of was due to what circumstance she ended up in his office, as pale as a sheet and visibly shaken.
