Percy POV

I adjusted my tie for the millionth time in the same hour. Grover, my best man, almost full on bleated at me to stop fidgeting with it. His girlfriend, Juniper, was the one who had tied it and Grover felt it was his responsibility to keep me from ruining it. I was dressed like every other man on his wedding day. The black suit, white flower in the pocket, black tie, white button down shirt, the classic magazine wedding outfit. I wanted to be in a pair of khakis on the beach, but this is what my girl wanted. Sacrifices had to be made. I wished that so many people were sitting in the front two pews of the church, but smiled gratefully when I found Leo's familiar face sitting with Calypso next to Will. Coach Hedge, Thalia, Clarisse, Travis and Connor, and Chiron on the end with his wheelchair. Leo, as it turns out, wasn't actually dead and found a way to get Calypso off the island. I was happy for them. I was happy that everyone from camp who was so patient with me and my healing were here with me.

When all of the guests stood in union, I knew the ceremony was about to start. I looked over and for a second, I thought I saw Annabeth sitting next to my dad. I then saw Riley with her arm hooked through Nico's as they began walking down the aisle. I felt tears prick my eyes and blinked furiously to keep them from spilling.

People were speaking in my ears but I couldn't take my eyes off of her. Her dress was modeled like a Grecian dress, her hair was pinned back with silver butterfly clips. Everyone she invited, albeit small, looked as stunned as I felt.

"Grover, you do have the rings right? Tell me you have the rings." I whispered frantically to my best friend.

"Yes, I have them." Grover whispered back. I exhaled a breath I didn't know I was holding.

My gaze was locked on Riley, as Nico started to 'give her away' to me. She was smiling, one that I couldn't help but return. Today was one of the best days in my life. The man officiating the ceremony started speaking, but the only thing I could focus on was the beautiful girl in front of me.

Riley was breathtaking and I couldn't wait to marry her.
