Chapter 4

"So, I didn't see you in free period, I had no idea where you were. Y/N? Are you okay?" I was sitting on the end of Mari's bed, I wasn't really concentrating that much because all I could think of was Mr Minter and what had happened only just before, should I be thinking about him like that?

"Oh, sorry, I was just thinking about something."

"Okay, well, we need to go to dinner in about half an hour, is there anything you want to do?" Mari looked at her phone which reminded me to get mine back from Ms Hilbert.

"I need to get my phone back from Ms Hilbert."

"Oh, okay, well good luck!" I walked out of the room leaving Mari lying on her bed.

I was walking down the hallway when I of course had to run into Mr Minter, just as I was thinking about him, but, he was walking with another teacher.

"Oh, hello Y/N, this is Ms Davis. Ms Davis, this is Y/N, she's one of my year 12 students."

"Good to meet you Y/N." Ms Davis put her hand out in front of me, gesturing for me to shake it, but I ignored her.

"Yeah, cool, I have to go see Ms Hilbert."

"Okay, oh, and Y/N, don't forget that dinner is very soon."

"Yes, thank you Sir!" I turned around to say thank you and Mr Minter winked at me, I felt my cheeks flush but then when Mr Minter and Ms Davis started walking the other direction, I guess Sir said something funny because Ms started laughing and she rested her hand on his arm, I couldn't help but feel jealousy mixed with anger, I wanted him all to myself!

I snapped out of what I was thinking and walked towards the front office. I smiled at the lady at the front desk and she smiled at me.

"Hello there, is there anything that you want?"

"Yes, I would like to talk to Ms Hilbert please."

"Of course, I'll just get her, please wait here for a second!" I didn't know the lady's name but she was average height, average weight, she looked like she might've been in her 30s but she was really pretty!

When she came back, she sat back in her chair and smiled up at me. "You can go in now, she's just in her office!"

"Thank you, but, might I say, I don't actually know your name and I feel very bad for that but you are incredibly pretty!" I saw her cheeks go a bit red and she looked down at her hands.

"Thank you very much! I can say the same thing for you!"

I giggled a bit which made her look up at me again. "I'm Y/F/N, but you can call me Y/N! What can I call you?"

"Oh, well, I'm Ms Dooley, but just call me Alex."

"Okay, well, I'll go in now, thanks Alex!"

"Thank Y/N!" I walked into Ms Hilbert's office and sat in the chair in front of her desk, I was getting mad deja vous. 

"Y/N, what do you want?" Ms Hilbert was giving me a passive aggressive look but I ignored and told her why I was here.

"Ms, I would like to have my phone back, I feel like it's an essential item that I need to check to make sure I get to class on time, or if I don't know where my class is and I don't have my schedule, I can check my phone. So, would it be possible for me to have it given back to me?"

"You made some good points, I don't want you being late for class, so, yes, you can have your phone back, go ask Ms Dooley for it and she'll give it to you."

"Thank you Ms!" I walked out of the office and over to Alex.

"Hello again."

"Hi Alex, um, can I please have my phone back, Ms Hilbert said that you had it and that I could have it back."

"Yeah, sure, which one it it?" Alex opened a drawer that was filled with confiscated phones. There were Nokias, Blackberrys, iPhones, Androids and a lot more. Luckily my phone was on the top so I didn't have to go digging for it, I picked it up and smiled at Alex and she smiled back.

"Thanks!"

"No problem! And just remember, I'll always be here if you need to talk to me about anything!"

I walked out of the main office and just at that point, the dinner bell went, I made my way to the food hall and walked in, looking around trying to spot Mari. When I did, I began to walk over to her when something grabbed my arm, I turned around and saw Mr Minter looking down at me.

"Y/N, I need to talk to you, can you come to my classroom after dinner?" I nodded my head and he winked at me. I turned around and Mari was looking at me with a shocked look on her face, I got to the table that she was sitting at and she instantly started talking about what just happened.

"Whywasmrmintertalkingtoyou? Whatdidhewant? Y/N! Whatdidmrminterwant?" She was talking so fast that I could barely understand her.

"Whoa, whoa, slow down! He just wants to see me after dinner, he has to talk to me about something. Now, please start breathing again!" We both started to laugh, we then got called up for dinner.

When we finished eating, we started to walk back to our dorm when I remembered that I had to go see Mr Minter. "Bye Mari, I'll see you soon."

"Bye Y/N." I headed to 413 and knocked on the door. I heard footsteps on the other side when finally, the door opened, but it wasn't Mr Minter, it was Ms Davis. I glared at her and she ignored my facial expression but let me into the classroom

"Y/N, just the person I was waiting for! You can leave now Ms Davis." Mr Minter was sitting on his desk and Ms Davis scoffed and left the room. Mr Minter got up from his desk and locked the door.

"I'm happy you're here! I was getting sick of listening to Ms Davis!" I giggled a bit as Mr Minter started to make his way closer to me, I could feel the heat from his body on mine. I couldn't wait and I didn't know what came over me but I pulled his face towards mine and kissed his lips passionately.
