Chapter Twenty One: Miracle (Kendall's POV)

Tonight is the night that will change everything, but the bad part, I have no one to go with.

I have rejected like 10 guys, waiting for him to ask me. Who's him? Luke.

I really wanted to go with him, for a while I thought that yah know him and I had something going, but I guess I was wrong.

I put on a pair of black jeans, a white blouse, a maroon cardigan and maroon flats, with a bow on top. Today at school, I wish for a miracle.

The bus arrives, and I can see the poplar's already buzzing about their dresses etc. I just walk past, and Paige yells "Come here Kendal".

I turn with my hand on my hip. "Paige seriously" I ask, walking away.

"Oh Kendall, your upset what a pitty" she says smirking, and making the Girls around her snicker and laugh.

"Paige we all know That you just love to tear people apart" I say.

"Yeah well Kendall, see you tonight" she says smiling.

"yeah well see about that" I say smirking, and walking into the school.

No sign of Luke all day, I can't bare not seeing him.

To Luke: Luke, where are you?

To Luke: Luke why didn't you come to school>

No response, and the day is almost over...

FROM MOM: Hi honey, I won't be home till tomorrow morning, I am so sorry, I have work late and emergency surgery to perform as well as your father . have fun at the dance xxx

To MOM: Okay<3

Great a night alone, just my cup of tea.

The last bell rings, and I get on the bus, it beg packed because everyone's leaving to get ready for the dance.

The bus stops at the end of my street and I get off. The clouds are gray, and it is sprinkling. Great can my day get any worse.

I walk in the rain, my flats squishing and making weird noises as I approach my house. The water making my hair stick to my face, and make my makeup run down it.

I reach the door, and open it. My eyes are in shock.

He stands there with a paper in his hand, a smirk on his face, and his body casually leaning up against the counter.  

'Will you go to The Dance with Me?'
