Rain on

The sky wore the colour black,
As if it's loved one had died.
Mourned and shed tears,
Knowing they were never coming back.

It unleashed its wrath upon the poor land,
Soaking wet the people below,
Heavily breathing the trees away,
Striking lightning with its bare hands.
