Jade's point of view
I walked into the front part of the bus from the bunk area to see Ronnie and Jake sat on the sofa together with Charlie. I had just been to get Jake's zebra teddy for him.
"Here you go Jake," I passed him the teddy and then sat down beside him.
"Thank you momma." He climbed on my lap and I smiled, before noticing that all the guys were looking at me.
"We know about you and Ronnie." I looked at Derek and growled at him under my breath. "None of us are bothered by it, I just thought it was best to tell you." I smiled.
"Well thanks for that information." Just after I spoke I felt Jake put his arms around me.
"Momma I'm so happy for you! After seven years you finally got yourself a boy! And you're only 23, so still have your looks!" I couldn't help but laugh.
"I'm 24 tomorrow though Jakey, I'm getting old." All the guys raised eyebrows.
"How come you didn't tell any of us it's your birthday tomorrow?" I sighed at Ryan.
"Because I feel old enough without people making a fuss that I'm another year older." Ronnie sighed.
"You're not even that old. When you're sixty then you can feel old." I rolled my eyes.
"Whatever," I looked at the clock. It was 9pm. "Jakey, it's time for you to go to bed now." He whined.
"I don't wanna!" I simply looked at him. "Fine," he turned to Ronnie, "but can Charlie sleep with me?" Ronnie smiled.
"Of course he can, just put him next to the wall so he doesn't fall out." Jake smiled.
"Thank you Ronnie Bear!"
Before I had the chance to get up, Ronnie had picked Jake up, and carried him to his bunk. I smiled a little as I heard Jake say thank you and sleeping tell Ronnie he loved him.
The next time I looked up, I saw that Ronnie had returned and sat down next to me. I simply put my head on his shoulder and cuddled into him. I then felt him put his arm around me.
"You two are cute." I looked over to Jacky and smiled.
"Well we all know I am anyway!" They all just looked at me and laughed.
"And you thought I was cocky!" I rolled my eyes at Ronnie.
"Yup, but I never said I wasn't."
The next few hours were spent just quietly joking on with everyone, and occasionally checking on Jake. By the time I was tired enough to sleep, Ronnie and I were the only ones awake.
"You can go to sleep you know?" I looked at Ronnie and sighed.
"I know, but I kind of don't want to... That bunk isn't exactly the most comfortable thing in the world." He laughed.
"Just stay in mine... it's comfy and warm!" I smiled.
"If you don't mind," he smiled and simply picked me up.
"Course not."
Before I knew it, I was tucked in bed, my head on Ronnie's chest. For the first time in a long time, I felt happy with the thought of someone in my life.

"Happy Birthday!" I woke up to the sound of Ronnie and Jake shouting, and to the feeling of Charlie licking my face.
"And good morning to you too." Jake laughed before hugging me.
"You're always so grouchy in the morning momma!" I just smiled.
