I once thought you were the rainbow after the rain,

My only refuge, the one who finally came.

I guess I was mistaken, my thoughts were insane.

You were the beautiful storm, none but addition to the pain.

I was so utterly deceived

By the love I thought I received.

I regret, but maybe you were meant to stay a lesson,

Maybe you were meant to break me for a reason.

Against the current of the ocean water,

I tried to fix us and make it better.

But, somehow life leads us to different adventures

And destiny has something else for us in the future.

Goodbye my dear voyager, it's been great sailing with you.

But I think this is my stop now, Captain, I say it's true.

The trip was astounding because of all we've been through.

We have to carry on now, but I promise I'll always look back to you.
