First day of Senior year part-2

I decided to take notes on the lessons. So I took note and pen from my bag and started taking notes. After 25 minutes of torture the whole class was desperately trying to stay awake.

I turned to look at Allison she wasn't even listing to single word he was saying. She was in her own weird world. I smiled and turned to face Mr.Murray and he was still going on about works of Shakespeare.

After what seemed like a decade the first period was over. Next was biology. Luckily Allison will be with me so I don't have to worry about getting bored. I was packing my bag when felt someone was watching me. I turned and noticed Scott was looking at me with a smirk.

I gave him a confused look then he held out his hand and said "I'm Scott by the way". I shook his hand " I'm Veronica and sorry about earlier. I was in a hurry and didn't notice you " I said in an apologic tone.

"Its OK sunshine" he said with a smirk.

"In case if you didn't hear me, my name isn't sunshine"

"It suites you" he said while walking to the door. "See you around sunshine" he waved and left.

"Wow!! Now that's interesting" said Allison with an evil look on her face.

"It's getting late for our biology class, let's go" I said trying to change the topic.

"But you are explaining about everything at lunch" she said while walking towards the door.

"There is nothing to say actually" I said rolling my eyes and followed her.

We made it to the biology on time. I breath sigh of relief when I don't see Scott in there. What was he thinking? Calling me sunshine? I was thinking when prof.Harry entered the class.

He was tall with black hair and hazel brown eyes, and his glasses make him look kinda attractive. To be honest when the first time I saw him I seriously thought he was my senior.

I turned towards Allison who is now watching him....full of smile and without even blinking. I bet she won't even know what the hell he's talking about. She have a huge crush on him. Yes she has crush on our BIOLOGY PROFESSOR for crying out loud. He's cute but I don't know why she's this much crazy about him.

I once asked her the reason and she started to make a speech about look-how-cute-and-innocent-he-is, after that I never dared to ask her that question.

He was telling us about our project. I looked at Allison and still she was in her dream world. I shook her shoulder and said "Allison to earth please".

" huh?what?" She said little freaked out. "Your professor is telling about project" I said in a teasing tone.

"Of course I know that. You think I'm in a fantasy thinking about him? Geez I thought you know me better" she said in a dramatic tone.

"I know you better than anyone. And I exactly know what you are dreaming about" I said while the professor was telling about our project.

"OK now I want you all to select a partner to do all the experiments" said prof.harry.

I turned to Allison "hey, he said select anyone. Just select him as your partner allie" I said laughing.

Her face become red like a tomato and I couldn't help but cover my mouth to stop laughing too much, seeing her.

After few minutes everyone have selected their partner and sat near them. Allison looked at me and said "guess I can never escape from you".

"You are struck with me forever" I said smiling.

The rest of the period went fine. Allison staring at professor and going into the dream world again. And I couldn't help but think about what happened in the morning.

I can't get his hazel brown eyes staring at me out of my head. Stop thinking about him you idiot. He's a player, like the rest of the guys. But something is different about him. I was having a inner war with myself while the bell rang and put an end to it.

Next was physics I was heading out with Allison with an worried expression. She noticed it and said "I know what you are thinking, that jerk will be in that class, right?" She said in an angered tone.

I nodded without even looking at her.

"Look here, I know it is hard for you but you should be strong. Jane and Jeni will be there so you won't be alone. Just don't let him hurt you again. And if I ever find out he's bothering you, I'll kick him out of this planet" she said and I could see the seriousness in her eyes.

I smiled and said "I will be strong"

"Good" she said and waved at me and walked to her locker.

I went to mine and took my books and left for my class.

Jane and Jeni were already there when I entered the class. And in the last seat ...there was him. The person I didn't wanted to see.

His emerald green eyes looking at me when I walked towards my seat. I sat next to Jane. She with her dark brown eyes giving a death glare at him.

"Jane just leave it" I said to her. She turned tucking the loose stand of her red hair behind her ears.

Well all my friends practically hates Christopher, my ex-boyfriend.
